Georgians didnt tried to ethnic cleanse south ossetians, and secondly Kosova was never part of Serbia but Yugoslavia. 1. Serbs never tried to ethnically cleanse Albanians. 2. Kosovo was ALWAYS apart of Serbia. Kosovo is in fact a Serbian word. Hey... what ever you say, I dont expect much from a Serb

Yes they did, read the news report long enough and you might extract your foot from your mouth, AGAIN. It was ossetians who ethnic cleansed the majority Georgians from that region with help from Russia. Foot in mouth disease again. Check your reports.

Russia just sold serbia out .... The West sold out Georgia by not sticking by its man. Here's a fact for you to chew on Nazi boy, Russia doesn't support ossetian independance, they are their as peacekeepers. The Georgian President sent in the troops unprovoked but unfortunatley for you, it destroys your little made up stories. Back to primary school for you for re-education. God knows you need it.

Actually Russians are using this opportunity befor the new US president comes to post, even Richard Hoolbrok wrote last year the Russians will attack in June, July or August and it did happend. Now they will use Kosova as an excuse and the whole IC will see what hypocrites the Russians really are.

I see you Aussie-scumbags bashing a country just because America is supporting it. Listen here, scumbags: Georgia is a country older than Russia. That province belonged to the Georgians long before the Ruskies set foot in the Caucasus. So bug off! Spread your frustation against the West and Albania if you will, but don't take it out on Georgia! Your looking to be edited I see. Tone down your bullsh1t. Dingo, I talk the truth. Georgia, along with Armenia and Ethiopia is a country with a long tradition. You side with the Russians due to political motives, but tell me this: if you claim that this compares to the Kosovo situation; and if you argue that the Kosovarë declaration of independence is illegal, then shouldn't you agree with the Georgian position on this?

Russia isn't taking away these regions, they are going in to protect her citizens, do you understand?

He only speaks from his warped perspective, not on fact.

Its citizens? The people in question are not Russians and even if they were, they are rebelling against Georgia. Georgia is going there to restore its authority, not to kill people. Get over yourself. Georgians were ethnically cleansed from that region. Who're you trying to fool here? Do you think this is a court room? You've been watching too much of Hague.

Russia 'liberates' capital of breakaway Georgia provincewww.news.com.au/heraldsun/story/0,21985,24152220-663,00.html Well, that did not take long, reports also say that Russian Air force completely demolished the Georgian harbor at Poti, this comes from Georgian source, so I don’t know how factual it is, and considering that they also claimed they had completely liberated south Ossetia.

Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said "Whatever part of Georgia is used for this aggression is not safe"
In retrospect, it sucks to be a little country, we always get treated like children or tools by the big boys, US, Russia it doesn’t matter, we dance to their tunes.

It's tragic when it happens, no matter where and regardless of the cause. I say it again: they didn't go there to kill people. That's a casualty of way. Russia has been instigating in this conflict since the 90s. Shame on them and those who support them. The fact remains that the region in question was part of Georgia since the ancient days and should remain as such.

You do not use MLRS (Multiple Launch Rocket systems, essentially unguided Katjusha rockets with anti personal bursting warheads) batteries on civilian population centers unless you intend to kill a lot of people, and there are a lot of civilians in a population center. What they also do is cause massive panic among civilians, most of who would want to flee north, and by doing that clog up the only road to the Roki tunnel in Russia with refugees in the hope of slowing down Russian forces from moving south. The Georgians know how to play dirty, of course they would, most of their General Staff are former soviet officers

Rockets and heavy artillery pointed at the captal by the Georgian President who is in the pockets of the US. Educate yourself first, then you can yap away.
