SARAJEVO, March 21 (Reuters) - The Bosnian police said on Friday they had arrested five people suspected of being part of an organised group planning terrorist actions in the Balkan country.
Police in Bosnia’s Muslim-Croat federation arrested the suspects on Thursday after raiding six locations in Sarajevo and the central town of Bugojno, where they found weapons, ammunition and military equipment.
The haul included anti-tank mines, laser navigators, electronic equipment and an explosive device, said police spokesman Robert Cvrtak.
“They have found topographical maps, instructions on how to make bombs and other items that can be used to perform the act of terrorism,” he said.
Cvrtak said the arrests were conducted on the orders of Bosnia’s state court after months of investigation by the state security agency and the prosecutor’s office. The suspects were handed over to the prosecution.
Local media on Friday quoted unnamed sources as saying that all the suspects were wahhabis, the name used in Bosnia for the strict followers of Islam. The prosecutor’s office and Cvrtak did not confirm the reports.
A Bosnian court last year jailed two Muslims for 15 and 13 years for preparing terrorist attacks on Western targets. (Reporting by Daria Sito-Sucic, editing by Tim Pearce)
Well done to the Fed for arresting these bastards.

Most are wanted criminals in there countrys yet they walk freely in Bosnias society and some are married to Bosnian girls there fathers should be ashamed.

No what they should be doing is arresting these Wahabbis The main problem with these radicals is that they are targeting friends and allies of Bosnia instead of cetniks like Karadzic and Mladic. and getting rid of the remnants of the worst human trash on this planet the Mudjahadeen. The Mudjahedeens defended Bosnia and that makes them better then all cetniks who attempted to destroy Bosnia. And as long as there are thousands of cetniks from Croatia living in Bosnia, I see no reason why anyone would even question their right to stay (unless there is evidence of crime committed by the individual). Most are wanted criminals That is simply not true. Bosnia has deported those with a criminal record.

Even though I don't agree with wahibism and I believe it is bad for Bosnia, I feel for these people who left everything and risked all for BiH. Not all volunteers who stayed in Bosnia are radicals as well, some just believed in a just cause defending the innocent people of Bosnia who were victims of the rich and powerful politicians who led the country to war.

They're Neo-Cetniks, the ones that Serbs from Serbia frown upon while other village idiots give them praises.
Radovan is a crazy person, and people saw him as a leader. Its amazing, someone with so many psychological issues is the 'father' of your small entity. Its truly something to be proud of.
And Mladic? The man had no problem shelling areas where Serbs were present in BiH because he didn't see it as a big loss, yet RS Serbs love him. How does that work? You envy people who didn't mind killing Serbs if it meant achieving the greater Serbia dream.

You envy people who didn't mind killing Serbs if it meant achieving the greater Serbia dream. Well I can personally attest that the Serbs that stayed behind in Muslim dominated areas were either incredibly materialistic or incredibly naive, either way served the traitors and thus are not Serbs. As for achieving “Greater Serbia”, the Serbs in Bosnia and Croatia were simply defending what they had from those who wished to slaughter their families, kill their livestock and burn down or blow up their homes.

Why would Mujahadeen be considered the 'worst human trash on the planet.' What makes them any worse than other zealots? If a Christian, Jew, or atheist murders someone in much the same way a Mujahadeen would what gives them the moral high ground in your opinion? Is murder no longer murder but now simply measured on degrees relative to ones religious creed?

Do you simply forget there are millions in Bosnia that would disagree with you? Perhaps they might have been 'friends and allies' to the Bosnian government but certainly not the entire Bosnian population. I agree with your point about foreign residents in Bosnia. Just because someone is an Arab or from some foreign country , if they are suspect, they should have a trial to prove their guilt or innocence. But if there is ample evidence to show that a foreign fighter was involved with killing people then that deserves no defense, only condemnation.

They are traitors because they didn't want to join a Serb mini-state administered by nationalists who don't give a crap about them but only their own political power? Why is someone a 'traitor' if they refuse to give up their property and move to some carved out nationalist state just to rebuild their lives over again? For what? Who are they a traitor to? A nationalistic government? I say good! Certainly they are not traitors to their families and choose to preside over their wealth instead of give it up for some government scheme. They would be heroes in my eyes. I also sympathize with the Serbian people that lost their homes and property in an instant due to government aggression. Likewise I sympathize with the Croatian and Bosnian people that endured the same suffering.
