So in a sense Bosniaks will have to get their own publicly funded channel as well and now we will have 3 channels for 3 different ethnic groups paid by the tax payers. Funny thing is the Serbs who were calling on their people to stop paying subscription to BHTV have voted to fund another tv station. I am all for it as long everyone in Bosnia pays equally for it not just people in the Federation. Everyone pays for Bosniak, Serb and Croat tv equally and "mirna Bosna" If we are gonna spend the money we don't have might as well spend it like we mean it. This reminds me of black people in America putting 2000 dollar rims on their cars even if the car itself is worth 500.

^ the current tv channels of the BiH federation are already bosniak channels. they promote the bosnian language, bosniak culture and give the bosniak point of view on news, all under the disguise of an unbiased non-ethnic state channel, because bosniaks are majority in the federation, therefore they control the policy on the programs on the current state channels.
why arent we entitled to our own state funded tv channel, when albanians in presevo have their own serbian state funded TV channel?
how many albanians are there in serbia (excluding kosovo)? 60,000 and how many croats are there in BiH? 600,000
what is the status of albanians in serbia (excluding kosovo)? national minority and what is the status of croats in BiH? constitutional nation
if bosniaks want BiH croats to be loyal to the BiH state, and not try to persue their own entity or worse try to break off from BiH, then bosniaks got to start being more considerate to BiH croats, and make some compromises if they want to win BiH croats hearts .
thankfully we now have been approved to have our own TV channel, but no thanks to the bosniak politicians. when are they going to learn,.....

The problem is you can't tell what people want , or if they do , to what degree with state 'services.' Is everyone paying because they want to or are they paying because they fear the consequences of not paying? I find it a bit hillarious that people are blaming the other tribe when its the fact that the state has a monopoly on this 'service' that is the core of the problem.

Being loyal to the state is a major problem in the first place. Its not that those particular Croats don't want to be loyal to a state, just not a state not run by that particular Bosnian mafia. But they would just create another state or join the Croatian state which would put them under another mafia with guns. I think people ignore the nature of the state and the 'gun in the room' pointed at them which is state power. This is such a deep rooted problem and its easy to externalize frustration on 'the other tribe' which only empowers the politician(thugs) on all 'sides.' I call it one of three pillars of the 'unholy trinity' of violence. State , Religion, Family/Culture ( the last can be good if the family is rational.)

State-controlled media is not the way to go. Very, very dangerous stuff. How many times does it have to be proven that Commie tactics just do not work.
Privatize it, thats it.

Pretty moderate?! According to you all Serbs are inbred morons. You're a fvcking joke man. Not at all, I like some Serbs. I have Serbian friends in BiH and some here in the US, some even have differing opinions than mine on BiH and related topics. I like Serbian basketball as well, Sasa Djordjevic, Predrag Danilovic, Peja Stojakovic, Nikola Pekovic etc. I sold Vlade Divacs some documentaries a few month ago. You've got it twisted, not all Serbs are apologists for rapists, murderers, thieves, liars, crooks, criminals and politicians.

My friend Dejan invites me to celebrate ST.Sava at his house every year with his family. I'm not some single minded facist, why because I accuse some of you of this that you assume it is true of me? If I added it up I have quite a few Serbian friends. When the Serbian national team played in the US in 2002 I went to a game and supported Serbia. I just have a problem with Milosevic/Karadzic/Mladic apologists. I actually am split in my support of Dodik, in some ways I like him alot in others I despise him. Same is true of Arkan I am reading the book "hunting the tiger" Arkan the criminal is impressive in what he did in Europe. It is very interesting story and anyone who likes the scarface aspects of life has to be impressed. Arkan the mass murder who exploited the collapse of Yugoslavia to enrich himself by passing himself off as a defender of Serbian interests I am disgusted by.

You teenagers who try to prove your serbdom by waving the flag and screaming at the top of your lungs your support of the criminals who ruined Yugoslavia have little in common with people who actually survived the war and live there to this day. You really aren't a reflection of true Serbs.
My Serbian friends are willing to admit to things that they would never talk about or share with anyone but other Serbs. They respect me even if they disagree with me, because I know what I am talking about.

So when you went crazy and started calling Anthologic a hill billy who fucks his sister you weren't reacting to a Milosevic/Karadzic/Mladic apologists. All he fuckin said in response to people saying stuff about oil in Bosnia was, "Is anyone a qualified geologist to make a factual claim about this oil"? Clearly your claims are bullshit. Especially since there are plenty of cases of you going beserk on non-apologists or for the simple fact they disagreed with you. You've even gone so far as too claim some Bosniaks are traitors because they duisagrewed with you.

I strongly agree with this statement. I am aware of many instances where serbs especially in the workplace (where there is no room for not being civil) admit how they behaved badly in the recent wars. Something ud never get from those flag wavers.

There was nothing "civil" about that civil war, to steal a quote from George Carlin
