Zotos is a dimunitive/short form of Zisimos ,no relation,in the most cases, with the albanian Zot, i think means god,sir...(?), that may have given the most albanian Zoto's.

Do you have a link to your blog or is it in Greek only? As for "Garanxha" can't really help you there. Never heard this last name before although it does sound Albanian. I googled it and it looks like it's from the Librazhd region (SouthEastern Albania). The ending is similar to those of other last names that described one's profession back in the day like Bojaxhi (painter), Mullixhi (miller) or Jorganxhi (bedspread maker). Those types of last names are usually found in that region.

PS. Do Labs have dance like it? We're not known for dancing as much as we are for our Iso-Polyphony. However, we do have a dance and here it is.

Most Albanians from Albania don't like Iso-Polyphony either. Actually from my experience back home most people detest that kind of music. You have to be a Lab to really appreciate it and form the comments on Youtube I've noticed that Albanians from Kosova and Macedonia seem to like it too since they're fierce nationalists. Another reason why some Albanians from Albania don't like the music is because Labs were the staunchest supporters of communism in Albania and were brutal in their repression of te anti-communists. As for Toks dances they are very similar to Chamiko and other Epirus dances. Here's one from Devolli (near Korca)

Tsamiko isn't a dance of Epiros, its danced in different versions in all mainland Greece from Peloponnese to Macedonia. In Epiros they dance a version of tsamiko that is very slow, not real tsamiko, i think.
There are some versions:
Epiros:
Macedonia:
Thessalia:
Roumeli:
and Peloponnesos:
I can't see a direct connection with this:
Too slow.
I think generally the albanian songs have a slow rythm just like many of the epirotika.
