Novi, mate... do you think that if i go to a school in Novi Pazar (Serbia), not in Novi Pazar (Bulgaria), I would be allowed to speak in Bulgarian? Or do state universities in Australia practice lecturing in Serbian on the grounds that a bright person like you is of serbian origin, although your command of Serbian is highly disputable?

^ Yeah so. Quite a stupid way of saying it Ruse. The difference here is that the un-natural authority of the turkish back bulgarian exarchate wanted to convert these people into BULGARS. Novi Pazar (Serbia) is inhabited by serbs and governed by serbs.
