I can see you are all vividly excited (sarcasm) about the game, as would any other European people be. So what are your hopes and predictions for the game, if any? Last time around Albania shocked the football world by holding the might of Portugal to a draw at their home ground, can it go a step further this time and get a win in Tirana !?! I know a lot is going on in Albania at the moment but surely some of you follow sokka......

I know a lot is going on in Albania at the moment but surely some of you follow sokka...... The sole purpose of this forum is to incite hatred against your neighbors so unless Albania is playing Greece or Serbia there's no football talk here. Actually the fans are pretty dissapointed by our recent performance against Hungary and interest in the NT has dipped to an all-time low. You can't even get a discussion going in the football fora. I don't think we're going any steps further in Tirana because our players couldn't score in a brothel. If we manage another 0-0 draw (highly unlikely) I'd consider it a victory for our side. This is the bitter me talking after years and years of dissapointment since I've followed the NT. In any event the cafe where I'm watching the game in Brooklyn should be packed to the rafters today. I'll be inhaling smoke to last me a whole year.

We got a new croatian coach. So maybe the players will be motivated.I will be happy if we play well today. It is going to be hard but if we get a draw Portugal is out.

Josip kuze? Anybody will be better than Ari Hann. Ari Haan can only be blamed for the loss to Hungary at home. Other than that I don't think he was that bad. He got a draw in Portugal, tied Sweden at home and got 4 points from Malta. What more can you ask from a coach?

4 points from Malta is not enough. Also if you saw the games his tactics sucked. Last couple of games where horrible. Ari Han sucks as a coach. Anyway, Otto Baric is the special guest today in Tirana. Hopefully Portugal will be eliminated today. I wanna see Ronaldo cry, since he's such an ahole.

The thing with soccer is that you need infrastructure. You know to develop kids since when they are young . Because it is those kids who are going to be future player thats why it is crucial to have a good league and good sport fields...etc

We should have done better but I won't blame Ari Haan for the diletante mistakes of our defenders. Btw I'm watching the game tek kafja on Ave O and 70th st.

oh Albanija... so close but yet so far !!
All politics aside, I was hoping to see it end 1-1 and thus encapsulate Portugal's fall from grace.
