Such a nice sight seeing the flags up in this order!

- It is a great honor to win gold in front of the home crowd. We played on the wings of crowd support, a feeling that is impossible to describe with words. It will take us a couple of days to realize what we have achieved – said Nemanja Protic, Serbian player – I will remember this Universiade forever. It is an unbelievable feeling.
The bronze medal went to the USA. Americans defeated Israel in the bronze medal match with the score of 91:80.

- Defeat from Russia in the semifinals did not unsettle us, which proves we are a mature team. We wanted a medal at the Universiade so much, so we could not allow any surprise in the bronze medal match – said Lazar Hayward from the team USA – We had a great time in Serbia and have made a lot of new friends.
