Not bad. Saw the highlights on Sentanta Sports, very surprising outcome. Good on Albania.

The better team won on the day, that's life.
Congrats to Albania on the win and an impressive display with a lot of young potential on court.

lol, Serbia had a young team from what I can see. (average age 20yrs) You still have one of the best teams in the world when it comes to bball. and yes congrats to Albania.

Serbia might not be as good as they once were, but they are still tops in Europe. Nice win by Albania.

Same with our team. We had under 20 players as well.

Same with our team. We had under 20 players as well. Serbia had 6 guys at 20 yrs, 3 at 19, and 3 at 18 Now here's Albania, 24, 26, 29, 27, 21, 25, 20, 23, 28, 24, 23, 23. ^ That's not the under 20 team as far as I can see.

The thing is that Albanians were older (experienced) , more motivated and our better team is playing at Universiade in Belgrade. All of this must not be excuse for lost from Albania. I guess they (Albanians) were simply better that day.
About university team, there was tournament before Universiade. We won Russia 103:101 (after OT), Canada 99:73 and USA (NCAA team) 98:82.
In first game of Universiade tournament we won Greece 81:50. Today we play against Australia.

I assumed the basketball team followed the rules of the soccer teams; which had U-20 players. My bad.

The Yugoslav team was epic.. Serbia is good, but not near as good as YU was once.

Since the war we've won 2 world championships and 3 european championships. We've played shit (senior team) the last 5-6 years but we were still epic even after the breakup of Yugoslavia. p.s. I count Yugoslavia between 1995 - 2002 as Serbia

Yugo team was epic in basketball. They were the only team to give the "Dream Team" somewhat of a challenge.
