"In North East Bulgaria mostly settled Bulgarians from Macedonia and Thrace to replace the expelled Turks and Greeks so your teory is laughable."
Whats that supposed to prove, you know that church records have the vojvodina population having either kosovan or vardarian ancestry at 50%.

"I didnt know only we had Turcic blood in us, having in mind how many Avars actually stayed in what it is Serbia now. And I am willing to bet on the second especially seeing the facts realistically."
Garbage, none of the slavs blended with Turkics unlike the Bulgars.

'I thought you wrote that the Bulgars were Turks."
Let me explain, l meant to say none of our slavs (serbs) blended with Turkics unlike what happened with the slavs of bulgaria and turkic bulgars.

you're full of sheet! bosnians are nothing but islamised slavs, back in the day you probabaly settled in common tribes, just like croats are catholic slavs, there is no significant turkish presence anywhere in the balcans, just some people that want to piss of serbs and greeks, quit living in the past labelling people's nationalities based on their religion, you are all SLAVS!!! stop talking sheet,
i have a bosnian friend, he was telling me he's forefathers were turkish, the guy is 2 feet taller than me, blonde hair, blue eyes and paler than a motherf****! go figure!

Fieri quite frankly it seems you don't get what being a slav means. It's a linguistical term and that's it. You don't call the French ,Italians and Brazilians as "latins" or romans because they speak latin derived languages.
Not that I am not proud of our Slavic language, Slavic languages are one of the toughest indo-european languages around.

And what is the connection between language toughness and one being proud of it?!

And what is the connection between language toughness and one being proud of it?! Exactly. English is simple and the Englishmen arent exactly ashamed of it.

And what is the connection between language toughness and one being proud of it?! Indeed things about which people are proud are never logical, so the question lacks meaning. Do I like it and feel proud about it yes? Is it logical, no. What has been proven is that those who master though languages learn others faster, as I am a languages lover and trying to master many of them, in my case that might be the reason that makes me proud and happy about Bosnian.

You got it, Novi. This is the time to confess I envy you for the blond hair in your nose, on your arse and on your back.
The question has its meaning. You said you were not proud of the Slavic language because it was tough. I see no relation in such statement. Does it mean that tribes who have only several sounds in their communication must be very proud of their language?

My original post, still unedited Not that I am not proud of our Slavic language, Slavic languages are one of the toughest indo-european languages around. It's called double negation. If I say "not that it is not" it means that it is. So I said that I am proud of my slavic language.

I think its disturbing that people, especially in the Balkans are so obsessed with the "origins" of their tribes/ethnicities, like it matters. I mean, all humans in the world are essentially the same shit anyways....
