Tavche Gravche.... and roasted pepper...mhmmmm They had this in the Турска Чаршија (Turkish Bazaar) in Skopje, when I went there in January 09, when it was cold and snowing. The aroma of freshly cooked Grav through the open window was too much for me so I went in and had breakfast there and then. It was mixed with some Kebapi/Cevapi (I don't know what they're called) and I also had freshly baked bread. The best meal I'd had in ages. A couple of more worthy mentions are Sukano (with cheese, spinach or minced meat) and Burek. And also Pinjur
