You know they played like lions Actually I know the exact opposite, the Serbian game was characterised by caution throughout most of the game. Serbia, if it wants to advance from the group, will need to step up its offensive game some more ,,, which will be mission impossible against Germany which just won 4-0 against Australia. LOL.

Admin, you know fvck all about football. Not only your comments come as if taken out from an official website of some boring organization, but what is worse, you don't know crap about football. What you vision as 'agressive' is the only two minutes of proper football Serbia showed during the whole game. The rest of the time they displayed absolutely nothing. Man, keep to the shapes of skulls and chins and how any shape resembles modern Greeks. Forget about football.

Just watched Serbia and Ghana. Ghana wins by scoring a penalty goal in 84 minute (unnecessary penalty kick caused by foolish move by the Serbian player). Serbians also were a man down minutes before the penalty goal yet played like lions and almost scored on several occasions. Looks like we were watching different games. Serbia had just one chance whole game. Our guys deserved to lose. Germany is playing great, I would be happy if we don't lose by more then 2-0 LOL, never heard of intelligent idiots

Serbia played well, most people due to brainwashing, refuse to see the problem sub-saharan Africans pose. They are visibly faster than Europeans. Serbia played very well against such a natural disadvantage. Argentina had the same problem as Serbia. Serbs performed just as well, minus some bad coaching choices. I don't understand the Serbian fetish for Zigic, but he sucks. Zigic can only score against 3rd world teams. He sucked in the last world cup and he sucks now, stop starting that sluggish dinosaur. Zigic should have been replaced earlier. And the coach should have advised the players not to go for power shots. Krasic could have easily scored if he didn't go for power.
Did anyone notice, how emotionless the Serbian coach of Ghana was? He looked like a bullet ripped his heart apart when his team won.

Exacly enigma they are just being their charming balkanoid selves.
PS: Since it is in demand I will continue with my expertise first grade comments as well as comments that seek clarification in case I am unaware of something. Perhaps as far as expanding comments to include the racial connection to Greeks of certain players might be coming up (if I feel like it). ;D ;D ;D

Enigma, speed doesnt pose any advantage, or we'd see olympic runners playing soccer. Sheer speed doesnt equal talent, quickness with the ball is way more important (i.e. Zidane or Pele). No african team is gonna win this year or in the near future b/c they lack the skill of south americans and europeans. Ghana isnt anywhere near the class of the top teams, no matter how fast they are. They are mediocre at best.

Its sad Hyundai funked us this way... Maybe Rehangel should take some one way ticket to Germany once and for all? Also the game between Ghana-Serbia was boring as hell. Ghana much better in 1 to 1 fights, Serbia could not make some space to play the ball, they were 100% nervous and out of mind. Ghana on the other hand was a team that while looking athletic, i think they could loose from a lot of teams in the tournament. Not anything spectacular, and thats why Serbia's loss sucks more than it should.

Serbia played cowardly. All this talk about playing an offensive style of football during the qualifiers, and we just reverted to the same conservative, cautious style of play as before because we were too tense. As much as it pains me to say it, we played like cowards, we played not to lose instead of seeking a win. Ghana actually tried to win. And though they are significantly less talented and experienced, luck follows the brave (sreca prati hrabre sto nasi kazu) and their win was not undeserved (despite the fact a lucky break made this more than scoreless draw).
At this point I only hope for a more spirited, carefree performance against Germany. Germans are an elite soccer nation, but if we play with some spirit and offensive flair I will be happy (regardless of result).
P.S. I find it pretty interesting that the entire German starting 11 plays in the Bundesliga. The entire Serbian starting 11 plays abroad (6 of the guys are in the Premier League now, 4 guys including Krasic are in Seria A, and then Pantelic plays for Ajax). Our starting 11 may be worth more on the transfer market than the German 11, but they all play in the same league and will naturally have a better team game than us. That and mental discipline got Germany to every WC quarterfinal over the last 34 years.

lol... Let's not hope... Serbia can't beat Germany. It's just a matter of result with which Serbia is going to lose

^ if they have any shot, like zgembo said they better come out with a carefree, let it all out attitude . They might still get bombed anyway, but its their only chance of winning..who knows, they might catch lightning in a bottle.

So far; Germany the most impressive display in world cup but they played with australia who are in same level with bottom teams in bundesliga i expect them to go far but cant see them to win it.
Italy played well today they play like a team and dont have any good individual that can make the difference when they loosing and they have a very big problem scoring goals i cant see them winning 2 world cups in row.
France wore very poor they coach really sucks they have very very good players but they are not a team they maybe will pass the grup but cant see them go futher
Argentina i expected more from them but maradona already have made big mistakes he got a player in the first team that plays with newcastle united in english second league and have left out players like zanneti and cambiaso who won the champion league less then a mouth ago, one more thing Messi is not the same player with argentina like he is with barcelona so i dont expext them to win world cup they be lucky if they go in semi-final
Serbia and Greece i thought both wore bad and they already out of world cup cant see them to win against argentina and germany hopefully they score for the sake of balkan.
Spain and Brasil are favorite to win the world cup cant see none of the teams above to win against Spain or Brasil i know is early for predictions but if i have to put money in a team i go for Spain you only have to look at their midfield Xavi, Iniesta, Fabregas and Alonso plus the 2 forwards Fernondo Torres and David Villa.

Italy as always plays clever and managed to neutralize Paraguayan momentum and have them running for cover towards the end of the match. Serbia MUST grow a set (what the F do they have to lose at this point anyway) and play ultra aggressive against disciplined Germany from the START and aim for the victory with high spirits and assuming they OWN the field. If the manage to do that and defeat Germans Ghana just might defeat them also and send them PACKING. fifa site has many sections where one can comments and I just made some avatars there ;D www.fifa.com/worldcup/matches/round=249722/match=300061471/index.htmlI made two more even though they are not on the world cup PS: Though that old fashioned mustache gives it that authentic Balkan look. ;D ;D ;D ;D

Anyone else watching Brazil and North Korea game. 0:0 and the first half is finished. Best ranked against worst ranked yet Brazil can not seem to penetrate their defense at all. They also seem to have underestimated the Koreans.
Earlier watched Ivory Coast and Portugal. Both seem as strong teams.

Vuvuzela sucks. It is against football traditions of supporting your team with drums, songs, ovations, etc. Nothing can be heard except the annoying sound of this instrument.

They should outlaw that annoying instrument. The vuvuzela (English pronunciation: /vuːvuːˈzeɪlə/), sometimes called a "lepatata" (its Tswana name) or a stadium horn, is a blowing horn up to approximately 1 m (3 ft) in length. It is commonly blown by fans at association football matches in South Africa.[1] The instrument is played using a simple brass instrument technique of blowing through compressed lips to create a buzz, and emits (from the standard shorter horn of about 60 to 65 centimetres (24 to 26 in)) a loud monotone (B♭3). A similar instrument (known as corneta in Brazil and other Latin American countries) is used by football fans in South America.[2Vuvuzelas have been controversial.[3] They have been associated with permanent noise-induced hearing loss[4] and cited as a possible safety risk when spectators cannot hear evacuation announcements[5], and they may spread colds and flu viruses on a greater scale than coughing or shouting.[6][7] Vuvuzelas have also been blamed for drowning the sound and atmosphere of football games.[8][9] Commentators have described the sound as "annoying" and "satanic"[10] and compared it with "a stampede of noisy elephants",[11] "a deafening swarm of locusts",[12] "a goat on the way to slaughter",[13] and "a giant hive full of very angry bees".[14]
The sound level of the instrument has been measured at 127 decibels[15][4] contributing to football matches with dangerously high sound pressure levels for unprotected ears.[16] A new model, however, announced on 14 June 2010, has a modified mouthpiece which is claimed to reduce the volume by 20 dB.[15]
] en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VuvuzelaPS: Argentina finally made south Korea drown to 4:1. Now if Greece could beat Nigeria it might be in business.

First half is over. Nigeria was winning and had a momentum and then Zeus smiled and red card appeared ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Greece scored equalizer score (1:1) and Nigerians seemed at the end of first half in retreat if not even panicked (One might even say that Greeks have them by the balls at this point ;D ;D ;D ).
PS: I just want my Greeks to continue doing what they did at the end of the first half and Nigerian fans will surely not be dancing any more for the rest of the match ;D ;D ;D ;D
