I don't understand why the vromoalvani are making comments about soccer when they have a bottom feeding national team..I mean WTF? Oh plz. Greece had one of the easiest WC qualifying groups. Switzerland, Lativia, Israel, Luxembourg and Moldova. You're lucky to be in the WC, and if it wasn't for the red card yesterday, you would of done sh*t just like you did in the last WC. While Albania had Denmark, Portugal and Sweeden in their WC qualifying group. PS: Switzerland has 4 Albos on their team. I guess we are a feeder to some European teams.

PS: I actually respect the Serbs when it comes to athletics. They fare well in team sports, but they were lucky to beat Germany. Congrats to Serbs.

I didn't make excuses after the loss to Ghana. I'd be remiss to acknowledge them following this win. Klose made an illegal tackle of Stankovic (while behind him with little chance to get at the ball). That warrants a yellow card on any occasion. Just because it's the 35th minute and because Klose already has a yellow shouldn't be a factor. If anything, if you already have a yellow and you can see the ref is being strict, you should be smarter and more cautious. Yellows are given for a reason. As a warning for future conduct. Obviously the game was changed by the red card. But the Ghana game changed following the red card as well. In the 35 minutes that preceded Klose being sent off Serbia played much better than against Ghana. The defense was impenetrable, midfielders were completing their passes and there were glimpses of creativity. Serbia was the better team over those 35 minutes, and it showed (as the Germans received 5 yellow cards trying to slow us down). We got a goal immediately after the booking thanks to a beautiful cross from Krasic and wonderful head-pass from Zigic. Jovanovic's finish was world-class too. But after that our mentality again got the better of us. We rested on our laurels and nearly gave up an equalizer in 1st half stoppage time. And then it's like God wanted to punish us again for our mental approach with the Vidic handball! It can't be God though. This happens way too often to the Serbian team (3 World Cup games in a row now!!!). I am afraid to think this may be the reason ( news.nationalpost.com/2010/06/18/world-cup-2010-the-serbs-handballs-and-a-conspiracy-theory/)! In the end, all that matters is that we won! The World Cup group stage is short (only 3 games). You can be the better team and still tie or even lose. The vice-versa happens too. Games are close and intensely hard-fought. Luck can be a huge factor. People can debate the in-game factors. In the end, the result is all that is remembered and the only thing that really matters. It wasn't a convincing victory, but it was a victory!!! And consider the history. Germany hasn't lost a game in the group stage since 1978. They almost never get shut out in a game, and they are the best penalty-takers in the world! Germany is the 6th ranked nation in the world, a winner of 3 World Cups, and 3 Euros. And not to mention that Germans are the Serbs' historic enemies. The win is a cause for celebration, and I couldn't imagine a better kick-start to my weekend! ;D

I'm really glad we won, and that i can fvck around with the albs at my work. But man did we play bad the last 20minutes, like we had given up or something. The Germans almost scored 1-1 when playing on +3 minutes. We had like 3-4 really good chances to score and we just screwed it away.
I was enjoining the North.Korea vs Brazil game, man did those Koreans run like they had Kim Sung il up their asses with an AK47 ready to fire. I bet they would beat any European team the way they played.

LOL your just jealous because Albania never ever made it in the world cup, there is no record of Albania ever qualifying for the world cup, not only is Albania crap at playing soccer but they are crap at playing sport overall. We had a hard group in the qualifying round, especially in the same group as France but we still manage to come first and secure our spot in the world cup. Albania has failed to do so in almost everysingle WC qualifiers. When it comes to sports and athletics, Albania always looses and comes last in everything they do. Serbia played a very great game considering how good Germany is as a soccer team, not to mention Germany played like animals tackling almost everysingle Serbian player on the field and managed to injure Stankovic in the last minute, Klose deserved that red card because of that nasty tackle he made. Germany managed to get a penalthy shoot out which you forgot to mention but that penal shoot was saved by our goal keeper. Serbia played pretty great considering playing against such a tough team like Germany. Australia should be an easy win and hopefully we can advance to the next stage of the world cup.

Serbia deserved this victory. The goal was absolutely world class. They made the Germans pay right on time and mostly kept cool for the rest of the game. Klose's foul wasn't dangerous but it was dirty and deserved a card. Maybe he did it secrectly to help his slav brothers, who really knows. The ref was def trigger happy but more Serbian players actually received yellow cards then German players so the bias definitely wasn't in Serbia's favour anyway... The little Turk Oezil was easily Germany's best player. I don't know if it would have been sweeter if it was only Germans playing for Germany but it's obvious that when considering the huge population difference that slavs are more innately tallented, not to mention much taller and better looking. Germany even had three slavs playing for them in this game (Podolsky, Klose & Marin). There were more on the bench. It was sweet that Germany's Serbian player (Marko Marin) came on at the end as well. The guy would realistically be lucky to even make Serbias squad but he's been regular enough for the Germans. ... A special wink to all the Albanians (I know there's a very lot of them) secretly cheering for Serbia with their Balkan pride thing And Stanko, you're not a Serb. I mean why lie now? You're an ethnic Montenegrin so that big time disqualifies you from going for Serbia as far as I'm concerned. Two faced, that's exactly what Montenegrins are.
