Universism, is the new thing. lol
But honestly I'm tired of anything that's an "ism" or an "ist".

My ism is Individualism.
It would be nice to have more individualism in the Balkans

Dependancy (if there's an "ism" for that) is the by far the most common "ism" in the Balkans.
They believe individualism is segregation from one's ethnicity. oh how wrong they are.

They will learn.
This old tribal way of living is outdated. Each man should be an individual, however not selfish, reach a hand to his neighbour in times of need,,,, the Balkans will grow then.

Tribal way of life was only useful for back in the day when it was the basis of survival.
Now we have technology. We can teach ourselves whatever we want, communicate to whom we want and learn about other perspectives. We are in the information age. We need to move forward and get away from this 800 year old way of thinking.

EXACTLY!! we have our own brains to read from multiple sources, various opinions, dissect, analyse, critizise and come to OUR OWN conclusions. Not follow what some old tribe leaders said 100's of years ago. Aadmin is prolly cudding stavros his hellenic teddy bear and dreaming dreams of Hellenism

Has the information age even started in the Balkans? The information age hit the whole world. Actually I think the internet went a little out of control (for our benefit). Balkan people are known for their passion and hearts. We have strong connections to the identities given to us, simply b/c we all have similar moments in history when our "identity" almost got wiped out from the planet. Stubbornness and choosing to be ignorant is a huge factor.
