This thread is focusing on the crimes commited against the native Serb population along with other Non-Albanians in Kosovo. Crimes never spoken of publicly in the media, for it would go against everything the end-goal was about if the mass-public knew. The lies are being exposed.
Exposure of crimes commited against Serbs and non-Albanians have been documented-well; Prison-camps, alleged-organ-harvesting, genocide/mass-killings, harassment-intimidations/racism. More info with sources are posted in this thread.
Information on; Islamic-extremism involved in KLA, over-exagerations on numbers of Albanian victims, witness-intimidations/murders, COE's (the Council of Europe) organ-harvesting-case against the KLA, Western profit in the Balkan (specifically-Kosovo), laws broken by NATO/US/Britain, can be found here with ressources and direction on learning more. --
NATO's campaign against Yugoslavia (now Serbia) was illegal, many laws were broken under the Geneva Convention and UN-International LAW mandates. In this thread you will find many sources backing this statement; Legal documents, books/research, witness accounts, Generals/American-European officials, Human Rights Watch etc...
Please note;
(Most, if not all of the sources/claims posted here are Non-Serb)

The alleged "unilateral" revocation of Kosovo’s autonomy by Milosevic in 1989 simply didn’t happen as advertised. This claim reminds us of the obnoxious statement made by Goebbels in 1939, "Tell a lie a hundred times and it become the truth." In 1988 the Yugoslav constitution was amended to eliminate the political paralysis in Serbia because autonomous provinces such as Kosovo and Vojvodina were able to veto acts of the Serbian parliament. This would be like the Senate approving legislation and allowing two of our largest states veto power. The constitutional change gave these provinces the right to give their opinions, and if they are rejected, a six-month waiting period ensues. If at the end of that time their opinions are still rejected, the provincial assemblies may force a referendum. Vojvodina gave her consent for this constitutional change in February 1989 and Kosovo gave its consent in March. Therefore, this pretext that something was unilaterally taken away fro! m Kosovo Albanians is pure Albright and Clinton double-speak.- By William Dorich Presented before the World Affairs Council of Orange County February 16, 1999Crackdown on Albanians who lied about fleeing Kosovo warHundreds of successful asylum seekers could have their British citizenship revoked after investigators uncovered a massive immigration fraud. The Home Office is targeting Albanians who claimed to be victims of the war in Kosovo. According to the Daily Mail's sister paper, the Evening Standard, more than 80,000 refugees settled in Britain when Nato expelled Serbian forces from the province amid accusations of "ethnic cleansing" in 1999. Now the Home Office has evidence that many were not refugees fleeing the war but economic migrants from neighbouring Albania who adopted fake Kosovar identities to claim asylum. The clampdown, launched last month, is being aimed at those whose identities have been checked and proved false - genuine refugees from the Kosovo conflict are not affected. The precise number of those involved is not known, but dozens of letters are thought to have been sent out so far, with more to come as information is gathered. London's 25,000-strong Albanian community has been thrown into panic by the move, with internet forums flooded with posts from people anxious about their future in Britain. A genuine asylum seeker, who was given permission to remain, said: "It's been an open secret for years that thousands of Albanians were getting refugee status here by saying they were from Kosovo. It used to be the fasttrack route into Britain and lots of people took it. "There was a network that included traffickers and intermediaries. People were told to say they were from Kosovo - it never failed." Many of those facing expulsion have jobs, mortgages and British passports, with children who speak English and are at school here. The Home Office letters warn that those suspected of getting a passport by deception could face three months in jail or a £5,000 fine. This week, another letter was sent out by the Border and Immigration Agency, ordering those suspected of trickery to hand in their passports. The letter adds that the passport and certificate of naturalisation will be retained "until this matter is resolved". Another letter said their application for citizenship would be re-assessed, causing confusion because those affected are not sure if they are going to be deported. The clampdown began when British embassy officials in the Albanian capital, Tirana, examined applications from so-called Kosovars who had been given leave to remain in Britain and wanted to bring their families over as well. Embassy staff noted that the families all seemed to be from Albania, not Kosovo, and further checks revealed that a massive fraud had been operating for years. A Home Office spokesman said: "We believe British citizenship should be a gold standard. Whenever we receive evidence of fraud we will investigate. "Where we can prove fraud we will strip individuals of their citizenship and remove them from the country." www.thisislondon.co.uk/news/article-23400727-crackdown-on-albanians-who-lied-about-fleeing-kosovo-war.do

Media Lies and the Conquest of KosovoHis latest book, Media Lies and the Conquest of Kosovo, examines the Kosovo War as a for-profit venture instead of a humanitarian war. Media Lies and the Conquest of Kosovo is an anti-Globalist handbook, an anti-manipulation manual. Each war begins with media lies. Public opinion must support the troops. Isn't that so? Are we condemned to always learn the truth too late? No, says Collon, who exposes the principles and devices employed in the Kosovo propaganda war. Massacres, mass graves, ethnic cleansing: how can one disentangle truth from falsehood in these shocking images? And what is being concealed from us by the terms blunders and collateral damage ? In Yugoslavia, did NATO really bomb the Chinese Embassy, two refugee columns, an international train, the market and the hospital in Nis, and numerous other civilian targets by accident ? These questions must be answered in order to understand the true objectives of the Great Powers. And in order to avoid being deceived by the media into supporting the next illegal war of aggression. For the past twelve years, Michel Collon has been studying the Global War that the U.S. has been conducting in order to dominate and recolonize the planet. His books and films have unmasked the clandestine rivalry between the US and the EU, specifically, their battle to control black gold, a strategic raw material that must not fall into the hands of rivals: Whosoever wishes to rule the world must control the oil. All the oil. No matter where it is.www.amazon.com/Media-Conquest-Kosovo-Michel-Collon/dp/0970919816#_

I don't believe the majority of people believe NATO intervened out of pure goodwill for Albanians only. However, that they did it just to ruin "Yugoslavia", as the documentary calls it, which is merely a thinly weiled euphemism, is too far-fetched.
It's not only ironic, but moreso hypocritical that the documentary criticizes NATO for their part in the war; the destruction of Serbian infrastructure and civilian buildings and killings of Serbs. This is because it fails to point out the fact that Kosovar infrastructure was destroyed, Albanian homes destroyed and Albanian lives lost due to the part of the Serbs in the war. This to a much greater extent. If a greater number of Albanian homes and lives have lesser value than a lesser number Serbian homes and lives then they have got a point.
There is also a lot of misinformation in the documentary. Such as 50% of Kosova's population having been Serb at the start of WW2, falling down to only 10% in the 1980's, blaming it on Albanian ethnic cleansing on Serbs.
It should also be mentioned that NATO and the international community (the so called west) actually quite benovelent towards the Serbs at first. Even though Serbia & Serbs with Milosevic as their leader, obviously were at fault for the military clashes in Slovenia, and the wars in Bosnia and Croatia, Serbia & Milosevic was never reprimanded. Milosevic was even praised for signing the Dayton agreement.
Everyone knew that Serbia and Milosevic were the reason for the war. It was Serbia and Milosevic that armed the Serbs in Bosnia and Croatia, it was Serbia and Milosevic that were behind the SDS, and it was Serbia and Milosevic who misled normal Serbs about the situation of Serbs everywhere to fuel the nationalistic chauvinism one saw in Serbs then and that one still sees among Serbs today.

I didn't know NATO operated on a policy of an eye for eye. You're honestly saying that the bombing of bridges, trains, homes, and non military factories (they cluster bombed a tobacco plant in Nis for fucks sake) was justified on the basis that some Albanians lost their homes too? Please.
The Croats, Bosniaks, and Slovenians had every right to secede from Yugoslavia. Likewise, the Serbs had every right to secede from Croatia and Bosnia. It was a just war and the only criem Milosevic committed was withdrawing the JNA and putting up an embargo on Bosnia.

I didn't know NATO operated on a policy of an eye for eye. You're honestly saying that the bombing of bridges, trains, homes, and non military factories (they cluster bombed a tobacco plant in Nis for f**ks sake) was justified on the basis that some Albanians lost their homes too? Please. The NATO doesn't have a policy of an eye for eye, that's not what I said either. Criticizing NATO for the little they did to the Serbs, which the Serbs wrought on themselves, while ignoring the much greater suffering of Albanians requires a deep penchant for double-moral. Trying to compare those situations is just wrong. The NATO wouldn't have had to bombard Serbia if it wasn't for the Serbs themselves in the first place. And there weren't only "some Albanians losing their homes", there were a lot of Albanians losing their homes, much more than the Serb housing loss. I doubt Albanian suffering is going to have much hold on you though, even though it obviously has been much greater than that of the Serbs. The Serbs didn't have any right to secede from neither Croatia or Bosnia. And if it was about secession only, then why attack Slovenia? If it had been a war of secession only, the Serbs wouldn't have gone as far as they did either. There's a reason Dubrovnik for example was shelled, and that wasn't because of a Serb majority that wanted to secede. The war that Serbia waged went much further than the demographic borders of today. The Serb parts of Bosnia and Croatia became strongly Serb because of Serb policy of ethnic cleansing. The reason there's a Republika Srbska is ethnic cleansing on non-Serbs. Same thing with Krajina. Before the war, Bosnia was much more mixed and didn't have the ethnic enclaves it has today. If there had been a Serb territory, like Srbska Republika long before the Bosnian war, it would have been justified. However, as already mentioned, there wasn't any basic Serb territory in Bosnia and the only way there became one was by ethnic cleansing.

You mentioned in your first post that most people comprehend that the NATO intervention wasn't for the goodwill towards Albanians. Now it's about "saving" the Albs? Whats the difference.
Serbs have continued to lose their homes up till today. Alb forces drove most of the out and the few Serbs left in Pristina were being intimidated to sell their homes for next to nothing. I think I even posted a article/link in which some Albanians have even spoke out about that.
Why didn't Serbs have the same right? This population have been present in those lands for centuries on. I already told you Odel, to do your research.... Slovenia attacked JNA first, young Croat/Serb soldiers perished at those crimes. Serbs have always been present in Dalmatia, in Dubrovnik in specific. I do agree that the attacks on Dubrovnik were treaturous, we should have just marched through and claim it as Serbian. Back then, it would've worked too. I am so against Milosevic for that. Another big mistake of his.
Again, Serbs were always present in Bosnia. Rep. Srpska was only necessary to preserve that identity, and this was justified. Exactly how you guys go back and forth on "rightfully" claiming Kosovo. The majority of the original Bosniaks (ones prior from the war) have left Bosnia, and alot came to Serbia to have a new home. Even in Belgrade at times I would here the dialect.

Serb killings 'exaggerated' by west. Claims of up to 100,000 ethnic Albanians massacred in Kosovo revised to under 3,000 as exhumations near endThe final toll of civilians confirmed massacred by Yugoslav forces in Kosovo is likely to be under 3,000, far short of the numbers claimed by Nato governments during last year's controversial air strikes on Yugoslavia. less than 3,000 Kosovo Albanian murder victims have been discovered in the whole of Kosovo. This included Serbs, Roma, and those killed by "our" allies, the Kosovo Liberation Front. It meant that the justification for the attack on Serbia ("225,000 ethnic Albanian men aged between 14 and 59 are missing, presumed dead," the U.S. Ambassador-at-large David Scheffer had claimed) was an invention."

Cary Gladstone exquisitely explains the connections to USA intervention in Kosovo and later Afghanistan. Hollbrooke was no coincidence. This book explains how the ressources across the Balkans are being exploited by the West. How UNMIK already had pre-plans to find private Western investors to develop lignite mines and lignite thermal energy. Nothing to be awared to the "state". This book exposes the not-so hidden motives behind the intervention and the current Kosovo situation. Filled with sources, interviews, quotes from admirals/generals/congressmen etc... I will be posting more in this thread, this is just a start. Stay tuned.

You mentioned in your first post that most people comprehend that the NATO intervention wasn't for the goodwill towards Albanians. Now it's about "saving" the Albs? Whats the difference. I only said that goodwill wasn't the only reason. While I believe there was a humanitarian cause for this, I also believe that it was to put Serbia and Milosevic in place. First Bosnia and then Kosova, the west doesn't want such a destabilising force right at their doorstep. Most of the Serbs fled before the violence had started and the Albanian on Serb violence that has taken place is just to be expected. Bad treatment of Germans and anyone that had to do with Germans was rampant after WW2 for example. In Bosnia there were few places were any of the ethnicities had a large majority. There weren't definite ethnic borders inside Bosnia like those which exist now. The holding of a referendum in which about 95% voted for independence was what threatened the JNA. The JNA were the ones who mobilized towards Slovenia and the only thing Slovenia did was to protect itself. I doubt Serbians ever have been a majority or even close to being one in Dalmatia. I'm not saying there weren't Serbs in Bosnia. I'm saying that Bosniaks, Serbs and Croats didn't live in separately as now but next to each other. Republika Srpska is a creation of the war.

I would personally recommend this read for you; There's a big section dedicated to the Kosovo war. Techniques in public manipulation are demostrated clearly, stories of Journalist speaking out (and what happened to them), propaganda techniques the Western Media was using, especially the CNN and BBC. This book applies to all wars the USA was involved with. I will assume you only care for the Kosovo part, even tho it's the same people who orchestrate it all.
