BUDAPEST -- Several thousands of people rallied in Budapest on Saturday to protest against the European Union (EU).The protesters demanded Hungary’s exit from the Union. Two MPs of Jobbik, the second largest party in the Hungarian parliament, torched the EU flag in front of the European Commission (EC) Office in Budapest. “This week the EU declared a war on Hungary in a very harsh and open way,” Jobbik’s Csanad Szegedi stressed. The protest represents an additional pressure on the Hungarian government which is trying to reach an agreement on financial aid with the EU and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in order to avoid insolvency. www.b92.net/eng/news/region-article.php?yyyy=2012&mm=01&dd=15&nav_id=78294btw... when was the last time this place had Hungarians?

Not surprised for a multitude of reasons. Firstly the EU is naught but a stealth USSR, and is in horrible debt. How ironically I predicted this in late 2005...that by the 2025 both the EU and Welfare State would collapse under their own weight (i.e., debt). Secondly, with regard to the ethno-linguistic situation, the sad fact is that the nations of Western Europe are more concerned with propping up their own failures as opposed to addressing the problem.
