Educating me? All you're trying to do is tell me I'm wrong for having opinions.

Your constant opinion is that you are not interested in yugoslavs, therefore you are wasting your time here. (and we are wasting our time with you as well).

But you NEVER showed ANY interest in ANYTHING yugoslav besides politics/wars/etc... which prove what an ugly sodomized hypocrite you are.

That's only what you see on here, because all that's discussed here is war and politics and "who's ethnicity is older/true/better". I have proper discussions with Yugoslavians off the internet. I just come here to see more stuff. You may not see me in the discussion, but I follow almost all discussions about Yugoslavs on this forum. All I hear form you is "serbs are the best", and you bashing the west and America all the time. How do I know you do more outside these forums? Stop being so narrow minded and actually read and listen before making stupid comments like "Your constant opinion is that you are not interested in yugoslavs". Hopefully in future, you'll be more educated.

^ Why would John Asen write an inscription saying he conquered SERBS (taken their lands in Vardar), a 150 years before this Bulgaroru Rex? Read below:
Arround 1229/1230 Bulgarian Emperor John Asen II wrote an inscription in Trnovo:"I have took the land from Adrianopolis to Drach,Greek,Albanian and also SERBIAN".
Daskalov,H.S. "Otkritija v drevnei stolicji Bolgarskoi,Ternovo"Moskva, 1859 pp.18-19
Dujchev,I. "Car Ivan Asen II" Sofija, 1941 pp.23-24
Makushev,V "Bolgarija v' koncjah XII i v pervoi polovini XIII veka" ,1872 pp.56-57

Why mat? Pyrros, its actually quite patethic attempt to swich the conversation from one theme set in 14 century to another set in 11 century. Hardly a mat since it has no connection to this thread at all. But if I am expected to comment of Ivan (Ioan) Assen's remark about "taking Serbian land" I ll just say the following: This is how Bulgaria looked at the time of Ivan (Ioan) Assen: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/02/Campaigns_of_Ivan_Assen_II.pngObviouslly he took little Serbian land: thats why he mentioned it at the last place! As you can see there is a small portion of Serbian land in his kingdome: Vukovar (although its Croatian now - was it Serbian at that time?) and Sirmium area.

^ aha, above was one reason from a Bulgarian Emperor, do you want to tell me why about 70 years prior to Asen, Emperor John Comnenus resettled SOME Serbs from Vardar to the region of NICOMEDIA?
PS Apparently between the 7th to the 10th centuries there were a few transfers of Serbs from the South Balkans to Asia Minor.

First we discuss Marco and while we discussing it you switch to Ioan Assen. Because Pyrro thinks I m "mat" I m answering to you about Ioan Assen and now you switch once again to another period. Obviouslly you try to switch the themes because the conversation doesnt go the way you want it (it will happen always because your "teories" are absolutely flawed). Stick to one thing.

Hey, Krali Marko is Serb. No doubt here. Beyond the myths, there is nothing great about this person. He served the Turks and died as their vassal in a fight. What is there to dispute? Serbs had the habit of supporting the Turks. They saved two sultans in wars against Christians, why wouldn't Marko serve as such as well?

^^^^ The greko-byzantines brought the turks to counter balance the Slavic power (Serbian power). And if you do not think this person was important, then drop him from your bulgarian folklore . lol!
As for your christians, they were supporting the turks when the turks slaughtered 1000s of bulgarians in the battle of Marica.... go figure... and then sell us your stories about the "cooperating serbs"....

just plain facts. its not my problem if fake nationalities cannot take it...
PS
I am very open to the world. I am one of the very very few Greeks who admires *SO MANY* cultures... yet Serbs are superior of them all....
PS2 So i am not the one who needs cure. Deceptions needs cure not the truth.

I totally agree with Russe that Marco was deffinately not a great figure from historical perspective. He was one of the most supportive vassals of the Turks. Strangely enough I think this is the reason why almost all Balkanians remembered him as this great hero in their folkore. Why? Because being a supportive vassal to the Turks, he must have saved his kingdome from their outrage at least till his death. His kingdome was in the center of the Balkans. Probably alot of Balkanians rushed there to save their lives from the other kingdomes. So thats how you have a person totally submitted to the Turks turned into a folk hero.
