In what way do you see Hrvatska better than Bulgaria? Because I will tell you smth, I find the whole situation quite miserable for most of the former Yugoslav reps. And so much negative charge they are giving to the name "Balkan Peninsula". Their atrocious acts in modern times were simply fenomenal! I wish BG had the opportunities they've had, the freedom Tito ensured them in the 70's and 80's. But that was all I wished.. these guys blow all this up, comepletely. Today I only see backwards wanna-bes around there. And believe me, something goes wrong, I do not want to make any deeper comments about yugos.. So, Bulgaria improved and the "commie" past is far away. To contrast the yugos, our ppl get along, we do not consist of made up republics. And most important, today we are a better place to live than the backyards of former Yugo. It's clear as blue sky, who are the gypsies in this game (Greece incl.), because artificial breathing does not help.

And most important, today we are a better place to live than the backyards of former Yugo. It's clear as blue sky, who are the gypsies in this game (Greece incl.), because artificial breathing does not help. 1st, i dont see Hrvatska better than anyone!!! i was just attacking this arbani dog... to have his filthy anti-bulgarian, anti-slav mouth shut. after all the bombings still Serbia looks better than most places in Bulgaria.... now, to the question about the small republics : 1) being bulgarian has a far more "loose" meaning than being serb/croat/etc... hell you guys can claim the whole universe as bulgarian paying no attention to details 2) the west-russia wish so. period. Without russian/west support maybe Bulgaria would be 200 republics now... not only 6.... 3) after all the "westernization" i found some basic indexes of quality of life, or just quality, in Serbia better orders of magnitude than Bulgaria : example one : quality of food in restaurants/hotels..... soured/spoiled milk in hotel in Lozenec? stinking chikcen in Borovec? gimme a break.... Food in Serbia/BiH has been exceptional *ANYWHERE* we went.... not to talk about strip clubs in borovec which were more numerous than hotels..... hold back with your "superiority" a little bro..... i can count 100 points where Bulgaria scores better than Greece, and about 2-3 on which scores better than Serbia... but frankly, between you and me.,... ex-yu was/is/and will be always a little better than Bulgaria. I hope Bulgaria will catch up tho... you know what i mean... to get rid of the loser/poor mentality ... ex-yugos *are* poor, but at least they try to have some decent quality of life... other aspects : schools.... public schools in Sofia were like prisons.... while private ones were like ..... expensive ... prisons... i mean i cannot imagine how the bulgos manage to have so expensive schools which look like total ruins..... I guess there is no attention to beauty ... what else??? i have seen many private schools in Serbia which look like jewels in comparison to Bulg. As a matter of fact, i liked only one school in Sofia which was so far away from the center (Bankija i think)... well thats for now... Bulgaria, i have it in my heart, i cried the day i left... but lets not be kidding that it is better than ex-yu But from what I read, you are the anti-bulgarian here! And you still can't stop writing bulls about Bulgaria. Why are you glorifying Serbia and Bossnia that much, I ve been there and I know how it looks all over former Yugo. (Been to Greece too). Don't tell me about what is "prisons" and what school they have in Serbia, please. I've seen things in Serbia I never thought were possible in modern times, ok. And please, do look at your country first before talking about others. The whole World knows what happens and what happened in both yugo and in Greece, now and before. Look, Soviet and west did not bring anything good to Bulgaria, on the contrary. If they were not messing things up in our land, we would have been just fine. And remeber well, we are one country, a united one! Grateful we never had to do with a warlike and wanna-be part the world (yugo world except slovenia is a hornet nest). Because this would be the biggest mistake ever! And I don't know in what places and restaurants you have been. There are only big differences in where you chose to go. West and all over - full of $hity places if we start talking about that.

Pyrro please talk after researching. Bulgaria exists because there are Bulgarians not cause of Russia or god forbid Serbia who as a state has stabbed us in the back any chance it got. The capital wasnt chosen by Russia - it was voted by the 1st National Assembly. I ve told u millionth times but you continue to repeat lies based on your imagination.

According to pyrros' logic Serbia exists despite the world's wishes to see it implode.

This sounds so absurd! West or Russia, they did not do anything but trying to make Bulgaria weak! These two mentionned by you created the problems to us, to Bulgaria! I see, you knew A LOT about BG, congratulations! And btw, what do you want us to learn from ex-YU?! Probably how to destroy or get more destructive?! Or how to kill each other better?! Please we do not wish to be learned, and specially from ex-Yugo - the worst example in modern times.
No it is what it is, what not only me could see around there. In most of the places, Serb towns and villages and all around, it looked like a poor and filthy place. I thought I was like, somewhere in Armenia..
So you say, Bulgarian restaurants are bad. And in Srbia.. all the restaurants quite nice and beautiful.. Serbia, such a nice place to be - simply idilia. The best delicious food you say is in Srbia and then in Bosnia, right? So exalting. Btw Lozenetz, it is a small village on the southern coast of Bulgaria, I usually do not go there, been though just once. Borovets has quite good restaurants and hotels, but probaly also quite bad places too. Like anywhere else. So pls, cut the crap, save us further comments about Bulgaria. (we know them pretty well already). Try to remember, everything is not black or white - there are tastes for each and everyone. Same applies for Croatia, Srbia etc.

Pyrros, if you have been to BG then you should know that when talking about "hotel in Lozenec" you reffer to a holiday town/village Lozenec near the sea, not to a neigbourhood or vicinity of Sofia. So have a look at Lozenec here. So, you are very welcome to refer Greek for Cigani, that would be just fine, you ignorant arab type of monkeys. Look at you in the first place, you do not even look like being Europeans. And remember, that is not applicable to us Bulgarians.

Pyrros ...simple basic history tells us that the Bulgarians for the time were well equipped with huge infrastructure which was mainly railroad and communication systems .....first in the Balkans besides thier reach in the Balkans which was large prior
what they were and are now might be a difference od course ....blame russia for raping their resources like they are doing in serbia today (Gazprom fro cheap)
serbs and rest of Balkansv didn't have a toilette while Bukgarians had toilette's in their trains
