Average IQ in Europe by country!

Some observations:
Scandinavian Germanic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland) clustered closely together.
- Their close relatives UK and Holland and Germany right in the same general area.
Finland and Estonia clustered very similarly.
Germany and Austria plus Check Republic and Slovenia (probably both slavized Germans for most part) almost same numbers.
Slovakia, (N) Croatia and Hungary clustered together. Probably only thing separating them is the language.
*In the case of Croatia referring to Northern Croatia.
Bulgaria and Greece the same. Probably only thing separating the two is the language.
- R.Macedonia. Slavophone Macedonians probably same as Greece & Bulgaria although Albanians dropping the average.
Albania is the country in Europe with noticeably lowest numbers. Numbers between Arabs and Negroids, interesting.
-Albanians probably bringing averages down in Montenegro, Serbia and Macedonia.
Romania and its sister Moldavia almost the same (Slavs in Moldavia bringing the average a little higher)
Poland, Belarus and Ukraine in the same range.

Although inbreeding might be the reason why Albanians have these numbers and same goes for Arabs, Indians, Africans but I also believe that there must be additional reasons why the IQ discrepancy.
Came before across articles that were stating that population in Indochina region is more similar genetically to Orangutans then is the case with other human populations, I guess do to inbreeding. Same article stated cases of locals producing children with orangutans, such children looked no different from others people in that area!
Perhaps not all people are on the same evolutionary level and perhaps some are more closer to certain ape types versus others (due to some level of intermixing or otherwise)! Only between whites and blacks there are 80 genetic differences.
