I dont care about tito mito or frito ......my main thing here is that ethnos was made based on religion
and thus religion having control over your historic leaders and your language from then till now ....
Even in Stephan Dusan' time
do you know of any battle that Dusan has developed to become emperor?
Nothing...no battles
Why did this happen? Because in an almost orthodox population (with small exceptions) in the Balkans, Roman-Orthodox princes-despots, they could proclaim and receive under their possession all the territories under the name Romaioi, though in many ethnicities. No population, regardless of its ethnicity and the spoken language will not oppose any prince-despot that would be proclaimed Roman by seeking possession for the sake of its ethnos. It was the religion that ruled the rulers, regardless of their ethnic origins (which in their case has never been important and clear). This is the reason that there were often rulers of slavic, greek, Venetian, and Latin denominations.
pyrros would understand this more than you Brani

Romaioi was another name for Greeks/ Eastern Roman Empire Some historians consider that the goal of Emperor Dušan was to establish a new, Serbian-Greek Empire, replacing the Byzantine Empire.

then again I am not saying serbs are Bulgarian (or am I )....bcs even Bulgarian have Asiatic/Iranian roots as serbs and possibly they became SLAVIC in the Balkans as did you only when they came into contact with the slavic Church
And the invaders have never been imposed on the language of the afflicted. Then where did these people of Central Asia benefit from slavic language? Only in one place ? in the Church ......... initially the ruling elite and then the population. And they were everywhere mentioned South slavs

Guys, I cant believe we are still beating over the same dead horses (albs/discussions) that have been done here years ago. Don't waste time. We gotta advance forward and raise higher our targets. Arguing with Rexh is too easy. Anyone can beat him.

serbs have the darkest and most unpredictable history of all the Balkan peoples. They themselves claim to have come in the 6th century, while the Bulgarians a few centuries later....but then serbs make baba of Old Church Slavonic and have leaders that are simply Priest Monarchs

True, but Priest-Monarchs were the head of all states, including Bulgaria, also Church Slavonic was used as the literary language, no-one spoke it, people spoke Vernacular Shtokavian.

I want to tell you that what unites the slav people is language and religion. ...from the racial side they are totally different from each other.... but for at least the last 1000 years, they had a religion that her liturgy kept and keeps in a language that served the priests, not only to perform pledges but also for administrative needs such as tax collection. This made it possible to transfer it to the people by replacing or overlapping the vernacular languages, from which it was artificially created at the top of their eras.

Novak was born in c. 1530 in the village of Poreč, on an island on the Danube, at the time part of the Ottoman Empire (today Donji Milanovac, Serbia). He descended from a noble family that had built several fortresses for the defence of the Sokobanja Valley against the Ottomans. He studied at the monastery of Poreč and was fluent in both Serbian and Old Slavonic. He also spoke Romanian and Greek. there exists something called reading

little guys like that are abundant in your history ......
simple pig farmers, whoever had the most pigs was the boss and they dealt in pazars selling pigs to other people
and picked up other languages maybe ...
I like talking about the big names ....like Dusan
Stefan Dusan, is a very dark figure who is himself a Roman emperor of so called serbs (Bασιλεὺς καὶ αὐτoκράτωρ Σερβίας καὶ Pωμανίας)-Empire of the East- unlike most of today's leaders he did not fight (though no battle of his was documented) for a Greater serbia but to rule over the Roma people, not only in serbia, but also in Epirus, or what was geographically known as greece. For this he requested permission from the Pope. ......So everywhere he had romaioi citizens, who knew the dependence of the kings roared without contradiction. This is perhaps the reason why he did not face resistance and therefore no battle was documented. slightly a single battle has been documented , in the Laberis mountains, where it was badly broken, but it certainly happened in that part of Rumelia, where people were pagan and knew about god and their princes, who respect the blood ties and not the religion (Albanians )
He was simply a Priest-Monarch and possibly not even slavic by blood one bit

Dusan ....
who in his intentions of power transformed the Church of serbia from a archbishopric in the patriarchate. In his thirst for power, he opposed the Eastern Roman Empire to resist and sought the help of Asian Turks, bringing them for the first time in Europe. ....so as you can see, there are no wars between ethnicities , but the priests' struggles for power and domination.
btw .....can you give me any major battles between serbs and Albanians before 1800 I DOUBT IT VERY HIGHLY
