After I've read a couple of books on modern physics this is the list and order in which I'd suggest a newbie to get into the matter:
[ BEGINNER LEVEL - almost no math, just very simple physics formulas here and there ]
[ INTERMEDIATE LEVEL - high school/introductory university math ]
[ ADVANCED LEVEL - thorough understanding of real & complex analysis is needed, calculus etc ]

A couple of days ago, I found out this website, and its pretty good so I thought to share it. Perhaps someone would find something interesting, although the lectures are meant for physics students.

So I'm done reading book #4, and a couple of notions: Book isn't math heavy, just simple formulas written in easy to read style, but it has a lot of context and it follows a couple of topics so that makes it a long read. It provides a lot of interesting information, some of whom I didn't really knew and it helped me understand some things better, so reading the book was well used spare time.

Thanx for the interesting reviews! When I solve my severe problems, maybe I'll give those a read. In the meantime I find neurobiology more useful.

Just a side note, I was reading this book in Serbian and it had some errors in translation and some concepts are hard to translate from English to Serbian so it further slowed me down because I had to think about it more.

So, I decided to read book #2 from the list and I'm almost done. I can say its pretty interesting book. It talks about how classical information is transferred in a couple of subjects such as DNA, social sciences, physics, informatics, probabilities in economies, gambling etc, and then the same abstraction on quantum level.

You mean there is more people than yourself involved in the anxiety problems you spoke of? I'm doing good. Finally having the vacation, so I'll see how it goes, but I can already see the early results of not thinking about the work even after few days.

Ah ok, hopefully he'll get better. I thought you and somebody else is involved. Yes, I'm feeling better. Maybe I just needed this break.

Oh btw, another disclaimer about this book #2. There are no formulas, but you will need to know some concepts that you might not of heard before, and if you did you might look into it somewhat deeper. Last part of the book is almost unreadable in my mind because you need to have focus of an eagle and allow your imagination to work, as the author tries to explain it. Even if the author is Serb, I just have to say the book is interesting but its just too many information in too few words with a lot of jumps between the topics makes it difficult to read. For someone who doesn't know anything about these topics its unreadable.

I'm finishing this one now. Started to read it from beginning as I forgot what I read. Have to say this one takes a lot of focus. Concepts are not described in very mathematical terms (there are bookmarks after sections for those who want to know more, including math/physics formulas) but it requires a lot of prior knowledge and focus so you can grasp all the details.
