also USSR and USA are also in the list. So what? As far as Serbia goes, maybe whestos whites played a serious part in the pollution?

Well all the countries are in the list, just not the top of the list. We're ahead of India when it comes to pollution-related deaths per 100 000 citizens. Maybe newly opened Chinese factories did more than the Westerners? After all, I don't remember seeing smog daily, even during summer time, like in the previous couple of years.

How about depleted Uranium?
Its unrelated to the kind of pollution we have. If anything dissolved uranium particles would be observed in water or food source. We have among the best water and food (fruits and vegetables) quality in Europe. Just take a look how many water related deaths we have. These air particles are residuals of industry and misgoverned urbanization.

By the way, related to pollution. Other day the pollution levels on air visual were below 10 in Belgrade, right now its 21. That speaks how much industry and traffic in Serbia is unregulated.
