croatia plays poland in 1 hour.
whether we lose or win, we still take first place in our group.
but we better not lose, or else i'll kill them! lol.
so we play turkey in the quarter finals. they got 2 players with red cards who will miss out on the croatia game. thats the goal keeper and the brazilian guy.
i am confident that we will win against turska.
idemo dalje!!!

yeh true. end result croatia 1 - 0 poland
we won the game, but we shouldve done alot better. first half , they played real good, and had alot of chances but were just unlucky with scoring. then they put one away in the 2nd half near the begining. after the goal was scored, we started giving up, and poland were on the offense with making quite alot of chances to score which they shouldve put away but couldnt.
also our 2nd choice goal keeper vedran runje did very well. he saved our asses from conceding atleast 3 goals. same with polands goal keeper. he saved his team bearing complete humiliation by saving alot of shots on goal that croatia shouldve scored.
anyways, atleast we won, and its our b-grade team too.
next up,.... turkey
i predict we win 2 - 0

Anybody listen to Tommy Smyth, the Irish announcer on ESPN during the game? What a dumbass. Aside from not being able to understand his leprechaunian accent he couldn't pronounce none of our guy's names. He called Pranjic Popovic and one time Begovic. Vukojevic was Leko, and I blocked out what he called Rakitic. What a fucking moron. I'm gonna have to mute the game next time if this shitbrick is back.

Stay away from ESPN lol...I'm just excited we have gone back to the glory days. It's a shame that we lost 50 years of development and professionalism, but I see much good things for Cro soccer all starting back in '98. We just breed these players like rabbits...

Did anyone notice the black bands worn by the Croat players out of respect for Marin the Vatreni Navijac who died from a heart attack while in Austria. RESPECT!
