In Turkey they mix raki with water which is what brings out the taste, tho the older peeps sometimes drink it on the rocks. also with lots of meze its a relaxed drink that gets u into really good random conversations. If your gona go out I just love southern comfort and lemonade if I have to have a cocktail - orgasm the only one I like...

It's obvious that you've never drunk rakija ;D It's true that it's been used for medically curing people for centuries in Turkey. However, I don't think that anything makes it a medicine rather than a drink although I've had some friends who used it for curing their health problems. I personally haven't used it medically, but tested how it was effective at sexual power. By my experience, it turns a man 3 times better and non exhausted. ;D

Of course it has. Could be grape, plum, peach, quince, apricot, you name it. A good salad accompanying it is essential, though.

The only rakija I drank was "domaci"(Homemade), and i took it like shots, all I could taste was a burning sensation in my chest...
lol yea when I have sinus problems I take a shot of Rakija to clear it up, also useful as a replacement to rubbing alchohol. ;D
Hell yes, although the kind really does make all the difference, a cheap cigar isn't worth it...Cubanos the way to go
I never heard of this, I must test this out immediately ;D

Yes with chilli peppers.

Yep its the grape one that you probably had, the only way to drink that is in shots. Plum, Apricot, pear are better tasting than the grape home made one and you can sip those.
In Turkey they mix raki with water which is what brings out the taste
I think Raki is annasid tasting spirit totaly differnt from Rakija.

Haha, if you want to drink a lot without getting drunk, try this (This was taught to me by my father, and my uncles, so try at your own risk).... Take 3 teaspoons of cooking oil. The oil coats your stomach, and because of it, you won't get drunk, not one bit. You will be drinking and pissing alcohol the whole night.
The reason I say "try at your own risk" is because once you wake up the next morning, your hangover will be 20x worse than your normal ones.
Ej, al ako pijes rakiju, i to domacu neku sljivovicu... Ima da ti sutradan glava bude ko cocin bubanj.

That would be smart if your going in a drinking comp or something, but i dont see the point of drinking and not getting drunk and then getting a hangover 20x worse then usual lol

forget the oil drink milk.
Just drink a glass of milk before u go out- coats the stomach in the same way, makes u absorb the alc slower..

No, I don't. Your mouth is a different story, though. Ask your girlfriend.

"As for me, I like to do the Liquid Cocain Shot. (Peppermint schnapps, jagermeister, 151 proof rum)."
liquid cocain is goldschlager and jager.
i like: gin and tonic Whiskey sour Amaretto sour Beautiful (hennessy and granmarnier) Guiness Erdingweiser beer. kronenburg snakebite (best is with half kronenburg half strongbow cider, and a shot of either black or red current liquor) those or my drinks of joice. occasional vodka-water or vodka-soda.
