To my brother Kasso, and all albanian brothers and sisters. I hereby ready to help Kosova if there's going to be any internal conflict once it's independence is granted, I as Hungarian muslims will do my duty for Allah protect innocent Albanians from the extremism of Czar Lazar guard. But i will also promise all serbs in kosova and serbia that i will not carry on ethnic cleansing on defenseless serbs in Kosova, as i fear punishment from Allah the all-mighty and i will be the first one to pull out if i witness any ethnic cleansing in Kosova. I will use strict rules of engagement once i arrive there, i will only fire when being fired upon, i can also promise to all serbs that i will fully guarantee all inoncent serbs lives, i'll feed them good, i treat them good, and i'll protect them good from murder. I am just an open minded person who cares for lives of others. But i can promised all serbs that i will be in the frontline to halt serb's offensive to Pristina. My target is the Czar Lazar guard only!!!! All Albanians i have a favour to ask, take my offer as volunteer if any internal conflits happens. Best Regard WBB.

WASHINGTON (AFP) - Russia must accept the reality that "Serbia and Kosovo are never going to be one again" or risk instability there, US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said in an interview published Wednesday. "I hope that the Russians are as committed as we are to a stable outcome in the Balkans and to being constructive in the Balkans," Rice said after talks on Kosovo in Brussels last week with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. "But the fact of the matter is Kosovo and Serbia are never going to be one again, and that's the reality," Rice was quoted as saying in USA Today. "And if you don't deal with that reality, you're only going to sow the seeds of considerable discontent and considerable instability," Rice said. The Albanian-majority Serb province of Kosovo is seeking independence while Russian-backed Serbia is willing to grant its southern province no more than autonomy. Rice endorsed a plan presented early this year by the UN special envoy for Kosovo, Martti Ahtisaari, that calls for independence under international supervision for the province. "Both Kosovo and Serbia need to get on with their futures, their separate but related futures. And the way to do that is for Serbia to have a strong European perspective," Rice said. "I have been encouraging our European allies to do as much as they can to encourage that European perspective," she added. The focus now is on ensuring that Kosovo fufills its obligations under the Ahtisaari plan -- such as the protection of minority rights and religious sites -- "because there isn't any more point to further negotiation," she said. A negotiating deadline expired on Monday after a diplomatic troika of the United States, Russia and the European Union failed to broker a compromise between the ethnic Albanians and Serbs on Kosovo's future. European Union leaders are to meet over Kosovo at a summit Friday, ahead of a UN Security Council debate on the thorny issue on December 19. Russia said Tuesday it will demand that the UN Security Council annul any unilateral declaration of independence by Kosovo. Following the expiry of the UN-set deadline for a negotiated settlement, Kosovo's Albanian leaders said they would immediately begin coordinating a move to independence with international partners. A declaration on breaking away from Serbia is widely expected next month. news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20071212/pl_afp/eusummitkosovousrice_071212175323

PRISTINA, Serbia - Kosovo's president declared Wednesday the province would become independent of Serbia within days, but he did not specify a date. President Fatmir Sejdiu's remarks suggest Kosovo's ethnic Albanian majority will press on with declaring independence without delay, despite Serbian opposition. "We're only a few days away from Kosovo's final act of independence, which will receive international blessing and the blessing of our friends, the U.S., E.U. and other democratic countries, Sejdiu said at a ceremonial tree-lighting ceremony in Pristina, the provincial capital. "Kosovo will soon officially join Western European ideals," Sejdiu added, as he turned on the lights on a pine tree decorated for the festivities. A spokesman for Kosovo authorities said last week that independence would be declared in the first months of 2008. Ethnic Albanians, who make up 90 percent of the population of seven million in Kosovo, expect a swift recognition of independence from Western capitals. Minority Serbs backed by Russia threaten to leave the province and move to Serbia, or to group in Kosovo's north, where most of the minority lives, and then call for that territory to become part of Serbia. Kosovo has been under U.N. administration since NATO bombed Serb forces in 1999, which ended a brutal campaign against separatist ethnic Albanians. International envoys failed to resolve whether Kosovo should become independent or remain part of Serbia and the dispute will now go back to the U.N. Security Council. On the council, Serbia's ally Russia is one of five powers with a veto and it has threatened in the past to veto any measure that allows Kosovo to become a state. On Wednesday, Russia urged the Security Council to support further talks on the future status of Kosovo as Serbia has requested. But the U.S. and European nations who favor independence immediately rejected the appeal. Ethnic Albanians have brushed off the possibility of more negotiations with Serbia. U.S. Ambassador Zalmay Khalilzad and British Ambassador John Sauers said the negotiating process has been exhausted after a two-year effort failed to produce an agreement between ethnic Albanian leaders and Serbia. "The two sides remain in exactly the positions they were on sovereignty and we now believe the time has come to resolve the status of Kosovo finally so that that territory can move forward," Sauers said. "I don't believe the Security Council, as far as I can judge, is going to be able to reach agreement on a way forward, in which case other organizations will have to take their responsibilities," he said, namely "the European Union and NATO." EU foreign ministers meeting Monday in Brussels, Belgium, said they had "virtual unanimity" on recognizing Kosovo's eventual independence, with Cyprus the sole holdout. Khalilzad said "we fundamentally differ with the Russians on this issue" and could not support the proposed Russian statement calling for further talks. "Therefore, because of that fundamental difference we think negotiations have been exhausted," he said. The Security Council is to discuss Kosovo next week. NATO has some 16,000 troops stationed in the province and has recently stepped up patrolling Kosovo in an attempt to thwart any violence between ethnic Albanians and minority Serbs. Associated Press Writer Edith M. Lederer contributed to this report from the United Nations. news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071213/ap_on_re_eu/kosovo_status_1

Macedonia should be annexed by Bulgaria and then greeks dont have to worry about the name Macedonia. half of macedonia which is an albanian majority to albania and the other half to bulgaria, that's my oppinion. Macedonia gonna disolves into 2 parts in the near future anyway since albos dont want macos controlling their albo majority area.

You would do the same thing if those Indos were messing around with ya, they are same like Aboris who getting all the tax money and sniffing petrol and burn down commision houses. Actually come to my area in Broady, i can show u how Aboris live, not too far from my house, maybe 3 streets away. U would gonna say "They are not very civilised".

muslims in Bosnia wont allowed that to happen, Republika Srpska succed, it will cause fresh new balkan war. and dont forget, that serbia has signed the Dayton peace accord which has been aproved by whole countries. So right now Serbs have to accept their punishment for while, then when they become good boys, see what will happens. But first Srpska Republic need recognition and approval internationally, and then a referendum to succed like Montenegro, otherwise it's pretty worthless to see that just Russia, Serbia and all the Orthodox countries to recognise it, Orthodox world combine are not majority in this world.

aha so serbia now need israel, let me tell u something Israel is nothing, when US will stop supporting israel, israel will cease to exist in the arab-islam world, it will be a wipe-off the map as Ahmadinijad has said. Israel cannot stop Kosova from becoming independent neither does serbia, over 90% albanian majority land cannot be controlled by minority serbian government.

lol that's right, mufti is not even a king but a imam who leads the prayer for the muslims at the mosque nothing more than that. lol lol lol lol. ;D if the mufti of kosova says that then perhap he's the real mufti, mufti of kosova knows the reality about vojvodina. and Tyson, what so funny about the place of worship being burnt down? it's doesnt have to be mosque, but churches, temple, monastery? i find no funny about that seriously, it's something to be shame about.

that's the whole problem ioan, serbs make up any history the way they want, there's no way illyrians or persians would began speaking slavic, first off because Illyrians are modern-day albanians and secondly persians are assimilated into modern-day Hungarians, so there no supportive root theory to prove that these 2 tribe would began speaking slavic unless if they were either forcefully slavnised or either intermarries with slavic tribe, but still there's not enough resources to prove neither Illyrians nor Persians would actually adopted slavic as their own language.

better not be any balkan war, i hope there wont be 4th Balkan War cause if it does happen then i will too fight for hungarian independence of hungarian majority northern vojvodina. i cross my finger that there will be peace and stability in the balkans. but even if Kosova is not going to be independent there's still a large chance of triggering 4th balkan war so i hope the peacemakers will solved this issue out very wisely without thinking ignorant which can cause hundreds of thousands of lives lost.

that's right Kasso, ey Bonni listen to Kasso , Kosova is albanian always just like Vojvodina is always hungarian, serbia and romania the 2 orthodox countries gonna get their butt kicked soon enough dont u worry, today is just the begining, u worry about the end. and Bonni u are not an orthodox so that post is pretty useless when it is sent by a roman catholic or a protestant or a muslim gonna-be.
