The Foreign Ministry said Monday that Serbian citizen Milan Mandiæ, wanted on an Interpol arrest warrant, was detained at airport in Moscow.
In Croatia, Mandiæ was sentenced in absentia to 14 years in prison for "criminal acts" committed during the war in that country.
