^ Very interesting. Nice find Marko.
BTW, Seselj is jokes, and Kapetan Dragan sounds like the devil.

I'm up to part 4 and I am amazed at the stuff which is admissible evidence.
A few things...
The Judges are asking LEADING questions. That is preposterous!!! The prosecution leads EVERY witness. Ridiculous.
A proseutor asks a witness, "do you recognize the voices on the intercept". Answer: Milosevic and Karadzic.
In a REAL courtroom... first you'd have to autheniticate the document, then you'd have to establish the individuals expertise in identifying voices. What if I got up on the stand and said, yes, it sounds like Tudjman and Alija?

It uses legal concept -- "joint criminal enterprise" -- that would cause a mistrial in the west. It is a political tool and not an actual court.

He got unfair treatment to say the least. He was a Head of State, and the west should be ashamed at the way their representatives/judges treated him.

I've seen the documentary a few months ago on Australian television.
I agree with Sar that they were leading the witnesses and puting words into their mouths.

I blame the Serbian government for this more than anyone. They turned over their own former head of state, under pressure of sanctions. That is BS. There was NO precedent for turning him over to an illegitimate court. Trust me when I tell you, I'm no lover or fan of Milosevic and I actually believe he deserved to rot in jail, just not at the Hague. He should have been tried and convicted in Belgrade court for defrauding his own people out of millions of dollars.

I'd prefer that Serbs killed him then to send him to a foreign court.

How funny was the conversation with Babic? "If flour was code for weapons then what word did we use when we wanted flour and not weapons?" -"Well, flour" LOL
