Crna Gora priznala Kosovo

Skoplje, Podgorica, Beograd -- Vlada Crne Gore jednoglasno donela odluku o priznanju Kosova. Makedonija takoðe odluèuje o eventualnom priznanju nezavisnosti Kosova.
Vlada Crne Gore odluèila je da prizna jednostrano proglašenu nezavisnost Kosova i Metohije i da sa Prištinom uspostavi pune diplomatske odnose, saopštio je ministar spoljnih poslova Milan Roæen. On je rekao da je odluka usklaðena sa odlukom makedonske vlade. Makedonski parlament o tom pitanju raspravlja na sednici po hitnom postupku.
Crnogorski šef diplomatije je rekao da odluka o priznanju kosovske nezavisnosti "nije iznuðena" veæ da predstavja priznanje politièke realnosti u regionu.
Roæen je rekao da je vlada odluku donela "u najboljem interesu graðana Crne Gore" i dodao da je uveren da æe, kako je rekao, srpski politièari shvatiti da ona nije usmerena protiv Srbije.
"Crna Gora nije i nikada neæe ništa uèiniti protiv Srbije", rekao je crnogorski šef diplomatije novinarima nakon sednice vlade.
Redovna sednica vlade poèela je u podne, ali je u popodnevnim satima bila prekinuta da bi Ðukanoviæ razgovarao sa predstvnicima parlamentarane opozicije koji su pokušali da ga ubede da je za takvu odluku potrebno saèekati izjašnjavanje Meðunarodnog suda pravde.
Na sastanku sa Ðukanoviæem, na njihov zahtev, uèestvovali su predsednici Socijalistièke narodne partije, Srpske narodne stranke, Narodne stranke, Demokratske srpske stranke i Pokreta za promjene, Srðan Miliæ, Andrija Mandiæ, Predrag Popoviæ, Ranko Kadiæ i Nebojša Medojeviæ.
Mandiæ je rekao da æe SNS, nakon odluke o priznanju Kosova, o daljim koracima konsultovati narod koji je, uveren je, u veæini protiv.
Mandiæ je rekao da su Ðukanoviæu izneti svi razlozi zbog kojih Crna Gora, kako je rekao, ne treba da se meša u unutrašnje stvari Srbije i "izda samu sebe".
Ðukanoviæ je, kako je naveo, upozren i da æe odluka o priznavanju nepostojeæe države Kosova duboko podeliti narod u Crnoj Gori.
Medojeviæ je rekao da PZP neæe uèestvovati u politièkim procesima koji "dolivaju ulje na vatru" i produbljuju podele.
On je ocenio da je to loša procena Ðukanoviæa koja æe, kako je rekao, zaoštriti odnose sa Srbijom.
Popoviæ je rekao da æe se Crna Gora sramnom odlukom o priznaju Kosova pridružiti, kako je rekao, onim državama koje su priznale državu nastalu na "etnièkom èišæenju, izmeðu ostalih i crnogorskih državljana".
Da više nema nikakve dileme da æe Crna Gora priznati Kosovo, pisale su podgorièke "Vijesti", najavili su prošlog petka u parlamentu premijer Milo Ðukanoviæ i šef diplomatije Milan Roæen, a prekjuèe i šef države Filip Vujanoviæ.
Uskraæeno gostoprimstvo ambasadoru CG
Vlada Srbije uskratila je veèeras gostoprimstvo ambasadorki Crne Gore u Beogradu Anki Vojvodiæ, reèeno je u kabinetu ministra spoljnih poslova Srbije Vuka Jeremiæa.
Takav potez je danas i najavio ministar spoljnih poslova Vuk Jeremiæ.
"Ovo je korak predviðen Akcionim planom Vlade Srbije. Mi smatramo da ovaj potez predstavlja adekvatnu meru s obzirom da zemlje regiona imaju posebnu odgovornost za oèuvanje mira i stabilnosti na Balkanu", rekao je Jeremiæ.
Jeremiæ je napomenuo da je odluka Crne Gore da prizna jednostranu nezavisnost Kosova teža utoliko što je Generalnoj skupštini UN sinoæ uzvojena rezolucija Srbije da se od Meðunarodnog suda pravde zatraži savetodavno mišljenje o legalnosti proglašenja nezavisnosti.
"Ova odluka je doneta pod pritiskom onih èije su ideje i gledanje na kosovski problem poražene prilikom glasanja na Generalnoj skupštini. Pošto su ti pritisci odneli prevagu pri odluèivanju Vlade Crne Gore, mi smo se odluèili na ovakav korak", dodao je Jeremiæ.
"Moramo pokazati èvrstinu i odluènost u odbrani našeg teritorijalnog integriteta i suverentiteta i nakon glasanja u Generalnoj skupštini UN naša reakcija na svako ugrožavanje našeg teritorijalnog integriteta biæe odluèna", rekao je šef srpske diplomatije.
Makedonija: Rezolucija po hitnom postupku
Makedonski parlament poèeo je u Skoplju sednicu na kojoj razmatra rezoluciju o priznavanju nezavisnosti Kosova na zahtev poslanika dveju albanskih stranaka.
Opozicija je odmah na poèetku sednice zatražila od makedonske vlade se se izjasni o zahtevu da prizna nezavisnost Kosova. U tekstu rezolucije se ocenjuje da "Makedonija kao država kandidat za èlanstvo u EU i NATO treba da se pridruži zajednièkoj politici i poziciji" tih dveju organizacija u meðunarodnim odnosima.
Opozicija je optužila premijera Nikolu Gruevskog da je odgovornost za priznavanje Kosova prebacio na parlament.
"Odluku o priznavanju države ima vlada, a ne parlament. Ovde bi trebalo da budu prisutni premijer, ministri unutrašnjih i spoljnih poslova, da kažu zbog èega je ovo pravi momenat za priznanje Kosova", rekao je poslanik Socijaldemokratskog saveza Makedonije Igor Ivanovski.
Njegov stranaèki kolega Buèkovski je upitao zašto parlament raspravlja o ovom pitanju samo dan pošto je Generalna skupština Ujedinjenih nacija usvojila rezoluciju Srbije kojom se od Meðunarodnog suda pravde traži savetodavno mišljenje o jednostrano proglašenoj nezavisnosti Kosova.
Poslanik Demokratske partije Albanaca Menduh Taèi naglasio je da Albanci iz Makedonije, Kosova i Albanije ne osporavaju makedonski identitet, ime države i njenu crkvu za razliku od nekih drugih suseda.
Lider Demokratske partije Srba Ivan Stoiljkoviæ je istakao da država Kosovo "uopšte ne postoji", javlja Makfaks.
Predlog rezolucije o priznavanju nezavisnosti Kosova jedina je taèka na dnevnom redu hitne sednice makedonskog Sobranja, koju je u sredu uveèe zakazao predsednik skupštine Trajko Veljanovski.
Formalno, to je uraðeno na zahtev više od 20 poslanika iz triju albanskih politièkih stranaka, kako predviða skupštinski poslovnik.
U Sobranju su do kasnih veèernjih sati trajale konsultacije predstavnika vladajuæe VMRO DPMNE i manjih politièkih stranaka, dok je premijer Makedonije Nikola Grujevski razgovarao s ministrima u Vladi.
Rezolucija o priznavanju kosovske nezavisnosti ušla je u skupštinsku proceduru samo dan nakon posete amerièkog sekretara odbrane Roberta Gejtsa Makedoniji.
Gejts je u razgovoru s makedonskim državnim vrhom u Ohridu rekao da bi SAD visoko cenile brzo priznavanje nezavisnosti Kosova.
Makedonija je bila uzdržana na glasanju u Ujedinjenim nacijama o inicijativi Srbije da Meðunarodni sud pravde da svoje mišljenje o jednostranom proglašenju nezavisnosti Kosova.
Zvanièno Skoplje je u sredu saopštilo da je uzdržanost, u stvari, podrška srpskom zahtevu.
Albanske stranke u makedonskom parlamentu traže priznavanje Kosova veæ nekoliko meseci, a Demokratska partija Meduka Taèija èak uslovljava svoj povratak u poslanièke klupe upravo raspravom o toj rezoluciji.
Vlada Srbije: U skladu s akcionim planom
Vlada Srbije dala je mandat Ministarstvu spoljnih poslova da u sluèaju da Makedonija prizna nezavisnost Kosova reaguje u s
kladu sa veæ usvojenim akcionim planom.
Na konferenciji za novinare posle sednice Vlade, ministar poljoprivrede Saša Dragin rekao je da æe mere iz akcionog plana biti preduzete vrlo brzo po dobijanju informacije da je Makedonija priznala Kosovo.
On je rekao da je povlaèenje ambasadora samo jedna od mera i dodao da postoje i druge, ali ovoga puta nije pominjana i Crna Gora.
"Kao što znate, postoji usvojeni akcioni plan vezan za one zemlje koje priznaju nezavisnost Kosova i Vlada daje mandat ministarstvu da u skladu sa tim planom postupi. To je jedna od mera koje predviða akcioni plan, oni imaju niz mera koje u tom smislu mogu da usvoje i oni æe to uraditi vrlo brzo po dobijanju takve informacije", rekao je Dragin.
