The US wanted a stepping stone in the Balkans so they could assert control over the region with ease. Kosovo is that stepping stone. They don't give a rats ass about Kosovo, because if they did, they'd treat you like one of their own states. Kosovo offers nothing but poverty and underdevelopment.

Wrong, the concept of yugoslavia came about in intelectual circles of the south slavs (Croat and Serb) inside Austro hungary in the early 19th century... Actually the concept was made by many Slavonic people in Prague in 1848 but we aren't debating who came up with the idea, we are debating who actually created/institutionalized Yugoslavia. Yugoslavia was a physical entity after all and coming up with an idea isn't the same as seeing that idea through (e.g. coming up with an idea for a movie isn't the same as writing a script and directing the movie.) How do you figure? Post chronology of all events within Yugoslavia from 1945-1991. You'll be surprised of what happened to destroy Yugoslavia. Hyperinflation and massive foreign debt created by Broz. Secessionist groups who are/were financed/led by fascists popping up within Yugoslavia. Holy See and Germany recognising Slovenia and Croatia unilaterally and America following suit. Germany and America giving material and propaganda support to secessionists in order to create submissive client states within Yugoslavia. A lack of cooperation between the various governments within Yugoslavia which made putting down the secessionist revolts impossible. Milosevic putting a trade embargo on the Yugoslav loyalists within the various German/American client states which emerged. So 20% goes to Milosevic and his government for not having the spine to crush the traitors, 40% goes to the foreign powers which sought to destroy Yugoslavia and 40% goes to the traitors who also sought to destroy Yugoslavia.

"Hate connotes a caring of some sort. US has no such thing for Serbia. That's what made it easier to bring you to your knees and get out of Kosova."
Here you go again with your We's and You's
I’m from Croatia so you certainly did not bring me to my knees, and I don't think I'd ever want to visit that cesspool, money hole, where all the hard earned tax payer money from Croatia went to for “development" (no offense to Serbs here on their sacred land)
There is no emotion attached to US policy making in the Balkans across the board. If you think they give a rat’s ass about Albanians or Croats or Bosniaks you’re only fooling yourself. They treat well their subordinates, as a matter of policy not sympathy. If they feel like their "allies" have become a liability instead of an asset, they "adjust". South Vietnams government is an example, and Saddam and Pinochet also come to mind. In that regard, they act just like the Russians on the international stage, just a little less crude.

Absorption of Croatia, Bosnia and Slovenia in the Serbian Kingdome, as parts of a Serbian Kingdome, were not a possibility, simply because of the huge difficulties that would have created for the weakened Serbian state in 1918. So formation of a joint state was really the only option, other then independence for Croatia and Slovenia along the Czechoslovakian example, and the absorption of Bosnia into Serbia.

Serbia had the choice of annexing the Serb territories of Bosnia and Vojvodina or sharing the spoils of war with its enemies. Serbia decided the latter.

"lol i didnt make that map. Its the actual map within royalist Yugoslavia. And they still want it back the greedy wankers

Jeez, for a guy who honors Tito, I thought you'd be more positive towards a new Yugoslavia. I guess you're just a liar. No I am positive towards Yugoslavia III as long as it excludes Serbia I would even include Kosova, Albania and Macedonia and name the state Federal Democratic Republic of Ilirija, just as long Serbia is excluded because Serbia is the main reason for everything bad in the Balkans for the past 200 years.

^^ Wow, you talk just like Tito, you really deserve to bear the name. But there is something wrong with your map, it seems that RS is a part of Bosnia, and you are forgetting that we in Vojvodina don't want to have anything with the people of your kind.
