The biggest and most common problem with the words Croats brought back from the dead and incorporated into their language isnt funny-sounding or weird replacements for certain words, it is greater serbian politics and imperialism that stemmed from the united croato-serbo language which died in 1991.

LOL zvone u cant come up with anything better than Bre.. Bre isnt even in the language its just something u use like Ba... Croats have changed their language dramaticly, for what reason i dont know.. I just think its pointless.. When the whole world say Februar-Februari-February in some way, u sad drkopad or listopad rofl Feb = Veljaca October = Listopad

BS again it was nut jobs that in the mania of the 90's tried so hard to come up with a completely different language proffesors were hired to reinvent the Croat language.

^^ no they were original Croatian words used for centuries which were suppressed during the times of yugoslavia and greater serbian imperialism.

A bit extreme moving it to the Barbarum forum isnt it ?
Anyhow Cikola you have no idea what you are talking about first with Ajkula and now with this.
It was the mania and euphoria you all felt when becoming independent that some nut jobs decided you needed a new language millions were spent on hiring proffesors and advisers and in the end ridiculous words were coming out which made you the laughing stock.

and u have the nerve to lecture me.
You have to be lectured, as clearly you dont have a clue and how could you when you have never been and your only learning source is Nut Jobs in Australia.
Your just upset that we Croats dont use the word ajkula
Why would I be upset ? I dont care, just setting you straight, even Zvone told you that the word is used, not as common, but it is used and I even told you about the Soccer team in zadar that are called Ajkula Wanna keep going ?

20+ years ago ... again u know nothing about Croatia or the Croatian language and cannot base ur knowledge about the words used in Croatia on military service 20 or so years ago. Thats just idiotic.
Why would I be upset ?
Typical Greater Serbian politics. Especially in suppressing our language, which was the norm during yugoslavia.
