We often get shit from the local Media and community leaders here because If somebody is resisting arrest we will use force to make a suspect comply. When I tell a suspect to get down on the ground and cross their legs and they do not comply after several verbal commands I will use force, because this is an officer safety issue. Often a suspect will be high on a drug which in many cases makes them indifferent to pain, and highly unpredictable and dangerous. Just last week a officer shot and killed a suspect who was reaching for a gun during a traffic stop, and the local community went beserk as to why he had to shoot that poor black kid. Here is a tip, don't reach for a gun when getting pulled over by a LEO, 99% you will loose the fight.
But that’s here; Cops in the Balkans still have to achieve the kind of discipline, professionalism and dedication that I see here in some of the larger departments. That cop that beat up that returnee let it get personal, and ones your emotions are in play you are in a bad spot and will make poor decisions. I wonder what kind of hiring process for police recruits they have in Bosnia, probably pretty bad.
My old Sergeant served in Bosnia as part of a UN Police program in the late 90s and he thought that Bosnian cop's were a sad excuse for law enforcement officers, too emotional, open to corruption, and lazy!

The cops must have been confused, they must have thought it was his wife or his kids since that is what those cowards love to beat all the time. That and there meat, there is a reason why cetniks in that area are known for grinding sausage, or are they known for raping there own kids, I get confused since they are famous for both.
