Zbog obilježavanja entitetskih granica kao državnih u prilozima o vremenskoj prognozi pojedine televizijske postaje u Bosni i Hercegovini našle su se na udaru državnih zastupnika.
Najdalje je otišao zastupnik Denis Bećirović koji je službeno u Parlamentu Bosne i Hercegovine zatražio odgovor Regulacijske agencije za komunikacije (RAK) o mogućnostima sankcioniranja medija koji u prilozima o prognozi vremena “podebljavaju” međuentitetske granice.
Pitanje zastupnika
– Koje sankcije će RAK poduzeti protiv onih medija koji u vremenskoj prognozi prikazuju entitetske kao državne granice? Takvo podrivanje države BiH neprihvatljivo je i nedopustivo. Ne mogu međuentitetske granice unutar BiH biti obilježene kao i granice između država, poput Srbije i Rumunjske – kaže Denis Bećirović.
Regulacijska agencija z komunikacije je dužna odgovoriti na to Bećirovićevo pitanje, a njegovo mišljenje dijele još neki drugi zastupnici. Međutim, voditelj Regionalnog sektora RAK-a u Banjoj Luci Boris Kujundžić, kaže kako oni još nisu zaprimili pitanje zastupnika Bećirovića.
– Međutim, bez obzira na to, možemo vam u principu odgovoriti da ova materija nije regulirana pravilima RAK-a. Tek kada do nas stigne zastupničko pitanje zastupnika Bećirovića u pisanoj formi, moći ćemo odgovoriti na njega. Inače, nismo dosad imali ovakvih prigovora, koji bi se odnosili na usklađenost karata koje se emitiraju u programima TV postaja s ustavnim uređenjem Bosne i Hercegovine – rekao nam je Boris Kujundžić.

Iako Denis Bećirović to nije precizirao, općepoznato je da se granice entiteta najčešće pojavljuju u vremenskim prognozama koje objavljuju mediji iz Republike Srpske.
Entitetski javni servis RTRS i vrlo utjecajna privatna televizija BN iz Bijeljine samo su neke od televizijskih kuća iz RS-a koje daju zasebne vremenske prognoze za Republike Srpske i Federaciju Bosne i Hercegovine. Takvi prilozi ilustrirani su zemljopisnom kartom Bosne i Hercegovine na kojoj su snažno naglašene entitetske granice.
Zanimljivo je da je političarima to tek sada zasmetalo, iako je riječ o višegodišnjoj praksi.
