Russia Today July 22, 2008 Questions are being asked about whether Serbia acted lawfully in detaining Bosnian war crimes suspect Radovan Karadžić. It's reported Karadžić was arrested late on Monday before being taken to a detention centre in Belgrade. However, Karadžić's lawyer insists the 63-year-old was taken prisoner on Friday.

What topic you moron, you didnt say anything about the topic. Karadzic was this and that, and BS out of your fat thick empty ugly albanian head. what would you know about sarcasm you trivial brained single celled unevolved greek ape? "Sarcasm" appeared in English in 1579, from Late Latin "sarcasmos," in turn from Hellenistic or Medieval Greek "sarkasmos," and ancient Greek σαρκάζω (sarkazo, meaning 'to tear flesh'). (In ancient Greek the word for this idea was instead χλευασμός). Irony is closely associated with sarcasm, although Socrates, considered the father of dissembling irony, was not sarcastic. Sarcasm is frequently referred to as the "lowest form of wit" (a quote from Oscar Wilde, who was of course being sarcastic himself). It seems that i know this word much better than you little fart.

Finding him innocent will happen when Milosevic rises from the grave and Greater Serbia becomes a reality. In other words never.
The international community wouldn't allow it cuz they know it would cause a shitstorm of unparralleled proportions.

Well I am certain that many things will come to light with his testomonys it certainly will be interesting.
If he ordered the Srebrenica executions then he deserves to never see the light of day again. However that is all that he should stand trial on.

Cmon. You know this man was invovled in all kinds of evil s**t. You think in those years, he and his never simply killed some civilians? Forget Srebrenica for a second and just think of all the other s**t that happend. He was the leader in Bosnia. Tens and tens of thousands of Bosniak civilians died, obviosly someone was killing them. If it was the soldiers themsevles without any orders, he could've stopped it after the first times. He as a leader could've put some limits on his men who were obviosly loyal. But he didn't, he allowed it, and I'm pretty sure even failing to prevent your men from doing horrible s**t is a crime. What makes it worse fort he Serbs image wise is cuz they were the agressor at first and they had the superior firepower. They held all the cards, and they still resorted to this shit.

Ok Srebrenica aside, Who took the blame for the crimes of the Bosniaks ? and there where many. Who took the blame for the crimes of the Muhadajeen ? and on and on and on.
You know yourself there where armed gangs of bastards wandering Bosnia from all sides just imagine what they did to civilians........ who will take the blame for that ?

He as a leader could've put some limits on his men who were obviosly loyal. But he didn't, Actually he did several times instruct his officers to make sure their troops knew and abided by the Geneva convention. Your words : You know this man was invovled in all kinds of evil s**t also applies to f.e. Oric. How can you have so much faith in ICTY who freed him on all charges?

Who said I have so much faith in ICTY? But I don't see why you think I should care one atom about someone who's mission it was to slaughter me and mine and kick us out of our own land. I don't see how you think "Well others commited crimes on Serbs" should somehow excuse THIS guys crimes. Both are bad. But this guy is above anyone else, by far, and you know this. Please spare me the "he did tell his troops". Anyone can say that now, you weren't there with him. So either he let them, or they did it anyway which would mean they litteraly cared nothing about their leader's word and he didn't do anything about it.
