How is it pwnage? did i wrote the article? no.. U can belive what u want. but to talk about who pwend who when christians cant enter a building because a balija owns it is sick.. lol man i feel less and less sory for u guys.. To you it's sickening that a christian can't enter a house, to me it's sickening that wahabies don't let anyone (christians and other muslims as the article explained) in. And hearing something about human rights with someone with a RS logo, an administrative territory built on the denying of the "different" in all it's forms is definitely funny, or sad as you want it. RS is legally there u know it.. End of that.. I agree with you on the wahabis, i didnt say you all bosniaks do that.. But how twisted are u guys, here i post a article on something and u bring serbs+destroying mosques? what does that have to do with the article? cant u ever critisize ur own? And dont mention my sig dickwise it has nothing to do with the thread

dude, you don't see his point about RS?
Does RS not sound exclusive to one group? If I was driving towards RS..and it says you are entering Republike Srpska..I wouldn't feel that wanted there. It is named after one specific ethnic group.

Good point. The Serbs angle is always about how we can't get along so its best to be seperate. Ajde manijak U guys were so fast to seperate from SFRJ because we couldnt get "along"

Ajde manijak U guys were so fast to seperate from SFRJ because we couldnt get "along" BIH was a country before there was ever a Yugoslavia. When the break-up started, you knew that was a big possibility. Once Slovenia did it, Croatia, it was only natural.

I say fine I just didn't know this topic was about legality. What they are doing is perfectly legal, it's private property, they have every right to let/not let anyone they want. End of story, right?

Right again. The simple answer is: its private property. You can decide who you want to live in your building. If you don't like dogs or cats in your building, you can prevent pet owners of having an apartment.
If you want to discuss the BIGGER picture, then other issues are fair game.

Amazing how the forum Bosnijaks are able to bring themselves to defend this stupidity - just because it is the work of one of their own. Baa...baaa ....baaa HARIS...baaa... 09!!!

Says the guy who has no issues with a whole entity (RS) not being inclusive to other populations (Croats and Bosniaks) when it is our right under the constitution. That is a lot bigger problem. (sorry dario)
Hypocrite.

I find the name 'Bosnia' unfairly prejudice towards Serbs and Croats - alluding that it is the sole nation of 'Bosniaks'. If the Powers That Be in Banjaluka had any sense they would have cried foul a long time ago - either finding Bosnia or Bosniaks unconstitutional. Imagine the uproar if a building in Texas wanted only whites, or a simliar case in San Fran barring gays. It's complete idiocarcy and thankfully most of the civilised world has moved on. You defend it because of the whole 'bosna pride' crock, and I understand it - but atleast admit the stupidity of discriminating residents based on religion. "Private property" FFS

Their example would work if muslims werent allowed into RS.. BUT they are More like this: BIH is a building with the left-wing of the building labeled "For Bosniaks/Croats" and the right-wing labled "For Serbs". The landlords code says that everyone can live wherever they want, but for the "best" conditions, its best to stay on your side. You can substitute "white" and "black" in there easily or anything. You go live on the "other" side and indeed the neighbours are not nice, maybe they call you names, make noise on purpose, etc Who has the power to change all this? The landlord. His code for living there may say that everyone has the same rights but his division is creating problems. If he gets rid of the division then people start changing and realizing that they don't OWN anything exclusivley, its not just a white area, its not an area for serbs, its an area that anyone can rent.

Just because it is private property doesn't mean you are allowed to discriminate based on religion. In most Western countries at least that is exactly what human rights legislation is designed to prevent. Most jobs and living spaces are in the hands of private owners.
I don't really care because this is Zenica where no right-minded Serb should consider living, but this does illustrate the kind of people Serbs are forced to share a country with.

Do you know anything about segregation? Any type of segregation promotes that type of behaviour. It's not enough to state in some document that every citizen should have rights - you actually have to follow that with the institutions.

I can't believe you people are so dumb, and it's even written in the article: for the last time it's not based on religion as other muslims are not allowed in. I can't believe we share the country with such idiots who can't even read.
