I voted Macedonia. Didn't meet a person from Macedonia that I didn't like so far. When the war begun my family was taken in by a old Macedonian man living near Capljina and he trated us like his own family the whole time we spent there. Their government has been also willing to work out the differences between all the ethnic groups living there and they are really trying hard to make it a country with equal rights for all which can't be said for any other former ex YU state.... not even Slovenia.

i have good memories of Croatia, but bosniacs from Herzegovina would tell me to go kill myself if I said that salim se, if we are talking politics, then Macedonians, seen as we have no bad blood with them, but they are still "nashi" other then that Croatia asking me about Albanians, is like asking me about hugarians.. i just do not have any opinions of them

I also have good memories from Croatia when I briefly lived there in 1995. Granted I lived right outside of Makarska in a place where all the domestic Croats had relatives or houses someplace in Sarajevo so I never had any issues there.
While there I met a Bosnian Croat from Hercegovina whose father was killed by Bosniacs from Hercegovina. I seriously thought I was gonna get a brick sent flying to my head one day while walking by his house but once I got to know him, he didn't judge everyone collectively thanks to his mother who raised him proper. He only held a grudge against Bosniacs from Hercegovina but had no beef with people from my area.
