So I saw there was a similar thread in the Albanian forum. Lets try and keep the narodna and turbofolk to a minimum guys. Ok? Also Sevdah songs go in the Sevdah thread I created a while back...this thread is for popular music.
One of my favorite songs:
Al Dino - Kopriva
Hari Mata Hari - Bas ti lijepo stoje suze
Dino Merlin - Lazu me, live @ Kosevo 2004
Alen Islamovic - Heroj

I don't think anyone will deny that Muslims have great music. Even Cetniks will gladly recognise that.
One of my favourites is Nevorzni Postar.
Nevorzni Postar - Seher Seher Sarajevo.

How about some MODERN BiH music...I love the old skool BiH ExYugo shit as much as the next Bosnian but its 2008, it'd be nice to step out of the shadow of the songs written almost 30 years ago and give some room for the new skool.
Velahavle - Prituri Se Planinata
Adi Lukovac & Ornamenti - Blue
EMIR & FROZEN CAMELS feat. ALBERTO CEBALLOS - Alina
Emir & Frozen Camels - Ne Pitaj Me
Emir & Frozen Camels - Sarajevo, New York, Roma (Adi Lukovac Remix)
Letu Stuke - Paranoja
Adi Lukovac - Obican Dan
Vuneny - Smile
Dubioza Kolektiv feat. Mire (Defence) - Triple Head Monster
Dubioza kolektiv feat. Frenkie - "Dosta!"
Dubioza Kolektiv - Suti i trpi
Skroz - Kad Te Droge Spuste
Ofsajd - Tri Zvijezde Do Zore

Then how come she wanted to represent BiH in the Euro Vision few years back? How come she was recently in Turkey singing 'Da Te Nije Alija' with Dino Merlin? www.24sata.info/20889 You're right. She's got nothing linking her to BiH and Bosniacs. She is, however, married to a Turk. She's Sandzaklijka 100% and you know what they say about Sandzaklije... they're the worst nationalists out of 'muslims' from Balkan. Do you realize they were the most fierce and brutal soldiers/gangsters during the BiH war? Sorry homeboy, she's about as Serbian Muslim as Milorad Dodik is a Bosniac Orthodox.

well, more like where she lives is what she is. I mean Serbia just has more production companies doesn't make the singers Serbian. If you can get better production quality in Serbia, you do it. If you can get better lyrics from a Serbian writer, you do it. That doesn't change who you are lol
Never knew that any Serb here considered themselve Bosnian.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO let me get this straight Al Quaeda.......A Serb from Bosnia is a Bosnian Serb? but a Muslim from Serbia is not a Serbian Muslim? Is she not born in Serbia? Is she not a Muslim? LOL you Balija make me laugh.
The Jahovic's were originally from Montenegro and were either of Serb or Albanian heritage .....when the Montenegrins started fighting of the Turks, they started killing all the Muslim converts (be it Siptar or Serb) focring them to migrate north into areas that were safer and still under control of the Ottamons. SO Ner......and yes she is Mursads sister.
Sinan Sakic considers himself a Serbian Muslim, as do other Sandzaklije like Adem Ljajic. Dont be hating! Remember when Turkoglu (Another Serb-Muslim born in Turkey) was playing for Sacrememento and after victories he, Divac and Stojakovic would all wave three fingers in the air!
PS. Have you ever been to Sandzak? Ive been to both parts in Serbia and Montenegro.........the Muslms get along fine with the Serbs, and the majority of clans and families are mixed aswell. I never encountered a Muslim who (a) hated Montenegro or (b) hated Serbia. Although in my life ive met hundreds of Serbs and Croatians who HATE Bosna.
Enough said.
