I say pay attention to the borders of two 'Albanian' Ottoman Villayets (Manastir and Janine) which were created from the former Rumelia Province as part of an Ottoman administrative reform law of 1864 - interestingly Rumelia (Roman Lands/Byzantium) composed much of Balkans. They clearly include Tosk regions south of river Shkumbin (Tosks are without any doubt racially and culturally Epirotic only linguistically albanized - influence that appears traced to Dacia) and regions of Pelagonia (SW part of FYROM/Ancient Greek: Πελαγονíα). Tosk is the southern dialect of the Albanian language. The line of demarcation between Tosk and Gheg (the northern dialect) is the Shkumbin River. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tosk_AlbanianRiver Shkumbi clearly visible Macedon Pelagonia Fyrom's Pelagonia
