Yes. I don't remember the details, but he was a rival of Ali pasha and Kurt pasha of Berat. The latter aided the High Porte in the attempt of replacing Bushati with a loyal pasha. But they failed.

Hey donnie, There is Bash before you have to say same about Bashk and Bashkim. Bash is another pure Albanian word which means the front and forehead about boat and everything else. Even when you talk you start with saying Bash this and Bash that. Bash is a start line and so after that then you may say bashk and bashkim also. Steeped in Serb history, the Bushati considered themselves as Serb nobility but I dont deny that Stanisa Crnojevic Founder of the Bushati, had eurochechen blood, matrilinealy.

Thats because I've been preparing you for the last month to accept your fate. Its possible to compile what is called a 'false glossary' IF the cognates do not follow any pattern of consistent structural change or if the supposed cognates are more morphologicaly dissimilar to other accepted cognates for which I gave examples in the Glossary thread. The Eurochechen Gloss doesn't have those discrepancies, so get used to the Eurochechen appelative.

Nor should you but that has nothing to do with the glossary, which follows a morphological pattern of consistent consonant & phoneme shifting in multiple pairs of cognates - making it impossible to label it 'unscientific'
