They would have conquer Albania and assimilate the Albanians. Italy did open Italian language schools in Albania and today many Albanian words are from Italian because of this period. Italy's plan was to eventually populate Albania with Italians. (Read the book Albania between wars). Albania had during WW2 1/4 less population than today. What if Italy populated Albania with 3 million Italians?

Yea, Italy had the intention of mass settling south Italian peasents into Albania and started doing it. An aunt of mine was the result of an intermixture between an Italian colonist and an Albanian man. The woman is still alive, but lives in Italy today. This was never done to a great extent, but if Albania remained under Fascist hands, it was certainly going to be a new reality. People even started calling the Albanian coast as "Italy's 7th coast".

well then, anyone got a little hitler smiley?
If the Axis powers had won WWII then we would still have Kosova, and Cameria. We would have been a totally awesome country because America would pour money into Croatia and Albania, as it did to Greece to keep it Capitalist.
Hitler didn't have any ambitions on Great Britain or the USA, so i'm assuming that the Americans would have allied with him against the Reds, like General Patton said, lets re-arm the Germans and fight the Russians.
Sieg Heil B-i-t-c-h-e-s, its time to join the Ustase.

After the war, Hitler would have redrawn the border solely on ethnic lines (all Serbs in Serbia, all Albanians in Albania etc.) Italy probably would have totally colonized Albania. Also, Cameria was never a part of the Albanian puppet state, it was a part of the Greek one.

In 1941 and 1942, Turkey was promised the Dodecanese islands, western Thrace, Kavala, the Kirkuk oil fields and rectifications on the Bulgarian and Syrian borders in exchange for allowing the German forces to use Turkish soil as a base to attack the British forces in Iraq and the Russian forces in the Caucasus. Retrospectively speaking, Turkey did the right thing by refusing the German demand.
But what if Turkey did consent and its decision changed the fate of WW II (which I doubt)? Things would have turned out to be much better for Turkey. Screw the rest of the promises which offered just some more land as if Turkey doesn't already have enough of it; the Kirkuk oil fields (that is, supposing that the Germans did allow the Turks to get it) would have changed Turkey's fortune. Plus, Turkey would be able to adopt a much more heavy-handed approach towards its Islamist radicals and Kurds. In essence, Turkey would have become a significantly richer and much more homogenous country.

Or, on the otherhand, if the Allies had steamrolled in ahead of Russia, or if they took control of Turkey through diplomatic means, Turkey today would have probably gotten the same treatment ex-Axis Allied occupied countries got, which would have probably meant good things by your generation.
