As of now, this has yet to be verified. What does "sold" actually mean? What does the contract say?

What does "sold" actually mean? From dictionary; 1. to transfer (goods) to or render (services) for another in exchange for money; dispose of to a purchaser for a price: He sold the car to me for $1000. 2. to deal in; keep or offer for sale: He sells insurance. This store sells my favorite brand. 3. to make a sale or offer for sale to: He'll sell me the car for $1000. 4. to persuade or induce (someone) to buy something: The salesman sold me on a more expensive model than I wanted. 5. to persuade or induce someone to buy (something): The clerk really sold the shoes to me by flattery. 6. to make sales of: The hot record sold a million copies this month. 7. to cause to be accepted, esp. generally or widely: to sell an idea to the public. 8. to force or exact a price for: The defenders of the fort sold their lives dearly. 9. to engage in selling something. 10. to be on sale. 11. to offer something for sale: I like this house—will they sell? 12. to be employed to persuade or induce others to buy, as a salesperson or a clerk in a store: One sister is a cashier and the other sells. 13. to have a specific price; be offered for sale at the price indicated (fol. by at or for): Eggs used to sell at sixty cents a dozen. This shirt sells for thirty dollars. 14. to be in demand by buyers: On a rainy day, umbrellas really sell. 15. to win acceptance, approval, or adoption: Here's an idea that'll sell. 16. sell (someone) a bill of goods. bill of goods (def. 3).

I don't think he actually sold it, why can't I find for example information about this from news agencies?

Hmmm...where is the news about this? Just think: selling...Vlora... ...the city where the indipendence was proclamed!!!! I don't think so! The history is made in Vlora! The only city where protests against Berisha started after the pyramidal schemes!

Im glad to see that there are still some people in Albania that still care about the enviroment.
I agree with the students that this AMBO pipeline is going to be very dangerous and is going to destroy the torusim in vlore, and they are also planning on building in that area that 3.6 billion dollar power plant which is going to get gas shiipment from the port also.
Who wants to go take a vacation in vlore after that thing is built and other projects, when you can see a huge oil factory on the horizon the stench of petroluem, loud ships etc. Not to mention how dirty its going to get and that guy that gave the interview said vlore is a closed area and it take 80 years for the water to cycle so imagine if disster struck. Also even if worst case scenerio dosent happen it will still SEVERLY hamper vlore tourism.
No doubt the rewards and benefits are great but they are vastly overshadowed by the ecological, tourism and enviromental deterioration thats about to happen.

The project is going to happen, no doubt about it, even if protests continues,
