yes I understand her ...I was told by someone from Alb that she is Vlainke or was that are girl Eli ?
basicly what those greeks dont understand is that the valleys, rivers and trees with the bil-bils and cowbells dont accept other types of music which is of Albanian and vlach styles that they have adopted as theirs today ...

Albania has slavic names because at one time it was under Serbian and Bulgarian rule...
Care to explain why Greece has so many Albanian names down to athens and peloponese?
And Eli Fara is a vlach from korce, I have met her a couple of times and we always said to her jokingly "u sa e bukur qe je bere moj cobanke etc etc"

She's Albanian...calling someone a vlach in Albania would indicate that they're not Albanian(Romanian, but mostly Greek since vlachs there have their own villages and most likely speak Greek) even if she has vlach roots it doesn't matter
calling someone cobanke doesn't mean they're vlach, it could just be used as playful. Cobenj are vlach, and they have their own villages, I don't think Eli Fara is from a village, ,but from Korca the city
coban in Albania could be someone from the mountains of Vlora because coban also means shephard(nothing to do with Romanians or Greeks just sheep hearder)
so educate yourselves more on these things. I have family from Korca, they also call some girls Arapke, it doesn't mean theyr'e Arabic, just playful words for cute girls

Dude she said it herself that she is vlach, and half of city of Korca is vlach half is albanian HALF OF MY FAMILY IS FROM KORCA...I think I would know better than you....HALF THE CITY OF KORCA IS NOT VLACH HOLY SHIT...calling someone vlach in Albania is not a good thing, and I doubt she told you she's vlach... just because people in Korca are Orthodox it does not mean they're vlach or Greek, a lot of people have vlach and Greek roots (and some Cham) obviously but most identify as Albanian you guys are retarded lol if Korca is vlach/Greek ok Kosova is Serbian then

btw Vlachs have Romanian origin but the ones in Albania mostly identify as Greeks, in Korca there is a general anti-Greek sentiment because Greeks have always consdiered Korca and Gjirokastra as epicentres of northern epirus..

My family is from that area too, so I too know what the people there are.
You my friend need to grow up, she is proud to be vlach and she says it always, if you are from korce and you are vlach then it is not a shamefull thing to say, i dont know how it is in other cities. I worked with a guy who was in sigurimi i shtetit during communism so he knows everyone there and everyone knows him. He is from korca he told me that korca during 97 was divided into two gangs the cobans and the shqipes...he told me there is about half and half JUST in the city, however the villages around korca are mostly albanian...vlach is aromanian and not greek. The guy that worked for sigurimi i shtetit caught the greeks when they were gatherin for "Free North Epirus" bullcrap in korce and the funny part is that it was mostly albanian orthodox who were in the group (even some of his wifes relatives who are albanian).

You need to grow up and stop lying. What part of Korca is your family from?? I know people who know everyone in the city of Korca by last names. unless one of your parents were born and raised in Korca, then your opinion doesn't count. Vlach in Korca are all in the villages, none in the city. I know vlachs are Romanian but the ones in Albania MOSTLY identify as Greek, and they mostly live in villages, a lot are in Erseke, I know there are Phillhellenes all over southern Albania, they do not represent the majority in Korca however, many people (including some with Greek grandparents lol) are anti Greek because of what I previously stated.
Once again, saying a vlach in Albania is almost the same as saying you are ethnically Greek or something other than Albanian, unless you can provide proof that Eli Fara told you she is proud to be vlach I won't believe you. But you guys can believe whatever you want, stop ruining my topic with your nonsense, you don't see me talking about minorities in Kosova or Slavicmacedonia or whatever with the same conviction you talk about things you have no idea about. Like I said, educate yourselves a little.
