Yeah, even with the Montenegrins that voted for independence, none of them I know or have met hate Serbia. In fact, most of them consider us "bliski narodi".

Kakvih god da ih ima, jebat ih sve! They are a little and irrelevant people. And just because some Serbs, mostly those with Montenegrin roots, wish to keep relations between Serbia and Montenegro strong, do these guys think Serbia is guilty of 'cultural genocide' against them. We've genocided them too now!! LOL The smartest thing is to just pretend that nation and those people don't even exist. You pay attention to them and they think they have a reason to think highly of themselves, and to accuse Serbia of wanting to assimilate them. They are a bunch of nobodies who delude themselves into believing they are much more than that. Ignoring them is the smartest course of action.

Why don't you actually go to Montenegro and talk to Montenegrins? In reality I'm the same way, but on here where you're constantly having your history denied and culture claimed by another, defending your nation can seem like hatred to another one... But in reality serbs don't have the balls to say Montenegro is serbian to a Monte ;D

^You do know that MNE has about 100,000 citizens of serbian ethnicity, but until 1991 they were all ethnic Montenegrins...so if you're going to base your entire opinion on a nation through an encounter with a handful, that's sad...
"mostly serbs"?
Don't be ignorant, the country itself has a Montenegrin majority, Serbs come out to be roughly 30% of the country, mainly in the outskirts

Didnt say i was right, just what ive experienced.

^That's great, at least you have a valid source to base your opinion of an entire nation...lol
I've never been to Bosnia, and I've met one Bosniak in my entire life. But that doesn't give me the right to say that these bosniaks on this forum aren't like the majority of Bosniaks, just because they aren't like the one bosniak i've met..

Yea, because in monte every year they send u a survey that you fill in how Monte u really feel. Then they calculate that.

No, the villagers around Cetinje hate Serbia. They believe Cetinje lost historical importance because Montenegrio ceased to exist as a state. but ironically they seem to forget the fact that Njegos I and Nejgos II both wanted to move the capital [Njegos I to Dubrovnik or Kotor <-- Russians having promised these gains for his support against Napoleon] [Njegos II preferring Kotor]. Danilo also watned to create a new capital Danilograd <-- due to territorial gains he cancelled these plans. Even Nikola wanted to move the capital to Podgorica, preferring it to Cetinje.

I'm not too fond of turbofolk. I think it sounds kind of cheesy. I find some songs tolerable to the ears though.

Have you been to our region yet? Perhaps you will end up with one of our girls; though not sure a Japanese man can handle her :-)
