^ Dude don't stress over it. The majority understands who and what Ban Jelacic was and represented, but vucigorski doesn't because his head is like swiss cheese. He has holes, which everything goes through.

He was alive before Croatia existed aswell Actually should I say, he was alive before the Serbs liberated Croatia..... btw I meant he was a hero to Yugoslavs, not that he was a Yugoslavian. He definitly wasnt Yugoslavian, because he was infact half German. Croatia isnt able to create heroes of pure Croatian blood, they all either have to be Serb, or Hungarian, or Vlach, and so on. Like i said, I meant he was a hero to Yugoslavs, not that he was Yugoslavian. btw........ivo Andric was a Yugoslavian Thats why i said he was a Yugoslav hero. The man was of mixed lineage, and tried to form ties with other "Yugoslav" peoples including Serbs and Montenegrins. Hes not a Yugoslav. Hes a Croatian-Austrian-Serb born in a region known as Vojvodina. Even Croatians call this area Vojvodina............so whats the problem? Repeat the words......... "Bane Jelacic was born in VOJVODINA"

Croatia existed as early as the 7th century. King Tomslav saved the Serbs from total annihilation at the hands of the Bulgars in the 10th century. Oh, okay. You're an idiot. Yes, but not a Serb. See Yugoslavia can't have a hero pure of Yugoslav blood because just like the state its existence is fictitious. Modern day Vojvodina, yes. But back in those days it was not part of Vojvodina. Hence, he was not born in Vojvodina. Now, learn history or stfu.

^^
I fail to see how he is ripping me a hole every time Tudjman lover.
I havnt said anything bad about Josip Jelacic at all. Ive said he was a great man, with great morals and who fought valiently for his ideals. Just because you cant stand that one of the greatest heroes in Croatian history is respected by Serbs and Yugoslavs, and isnt idolised by the majority neo-nazi supporting Croatians of today must hurt.
History shows that Josip Jelacic wasnt really that Croatian, his mother was German, his father was half Serb.............and he lived in a Serb dominated area. Why do you guys have to purge yourselves of certain aspects of your own history? Serbs support Jelacic because he imbodied the heart to fight for freedom and survival like Njegos, Tito, Karadjordjevic etc. He was probly the only Croatian leader in history that didnt willingly bend over to a higher power and take it in the arse. I put this down to the Serbian side in him.................
And no Vojvodina wasnt part of Serbia in those days, but it was still a Serb area. Croatia didnt exist either................so what does that mean, you guys were all Austro-Hungarians.
Long Live Josip Jelacic. A true Croatian hero..........your people havnt produced another like him in over 200 years. Steta.........

Evidence
Actually back then Vojvodina was a melting-pot, Hungarians, Slovenians, Romanians, Serbs, Croats, Germans, ect.
Hungarians say it was Hungarian, Croats Croatian, ect ect.
Basically vuci has to make false claims and historical-rewriting to say he likes a Croat.

There was Tito, Radic, Macek... just because you don't know our history , doesn't mean that you have to bag on us. I could say the exact same about the Serbian People, but then I'd just be as ignorant as your dumbass.
