LONDONSKI "EKONOMIST" OCIJENIO DA ÆE VLADA CRNE GORE HRVATSKOJ DATI AKCIJE DOMAÆIH FIRMI NA IME RATNE ODŠTETE Hrvati preuzimaju crnogorske aerodrome
~Zajednièko upravljanje aerodromima bilo bi i simbolièka kompenzacija zbog štete na aerodromu Æilipi - kažu u Ekonomist intelidžens junitu Crna Gora æe umjesto finansijskog iznosa vjerovatno morati da prepusti dio akcija domaæih kompanija Hrvatskoj na ime otplate štete poèinjene tokom napada snaga Jugoslovenske narodne armije na Dubrovnik 1991. godine, ocijenjeno je u novoj analizi britanskog Ekonomist intelidžens junita.
Analitièko krilo "Ekonomista", koje redovno objavljuje izvještaje o Crnoj Gori (i veæini drugih država svijeta), ukazuje kako je najizgledniji epilog otplate štete stvorene tokom vojne akcije 90-ih godina da Hrvatskoj bude ustupljen dio akcija aerodroma u Tivtu i Podgorici.
- Zajednièko upravljanje aerodromima bilo bi i simbolièka kompenzacija, jer hrvatska strana sada najviše insistira na šteti koja je prièinjena na aerodromu Æilipi - piše u analizi Ekonomist intelidžens junita.
Saopšteno je da je neposredno prije podnošenja ostavke hrvatski premijer Ivo Sanader razgovarao u Podgorici s predsjednikom Vlade Milom Ðukanoviæem na temu otplate ratne štete, ali da tada dogovor nije postignut. Analitièari EIU kažu da je i ambasador Hrvatske u Podgorici Petar Turèinoviæ ukazivao da bi najbolje rješenje bilo da se zajednièkim upravljanjem aerodromima Crna Gora oduži za štetu koju je poèinila JNA.
- Crna Gora je poèetkom 90-ih izvela vojnu operaciju u Hrvatskoj. Premijer Milo Ðukanoviæ se izvinio zbog tih akcija, ali pitanje kompenzacije još nije riješeno. To je i dalje kontroverzna tema u Crnoj Gori - napominje se u analizi EIU, èiji su klijenti mnoge vlade i korporacije.
Tvrdi se kako dio stranaka iz crnogorskog opozicionog bloka pokazuje rezerve prema potrebi da se Hrvatskoj na ovaj naèin plati odšteta, jer oni ne vide da je Crna Gora tražila bilo kakvu odštetu za uništenu i oduzetu imovnu njenih državljana u Hrvatskoj.
- Prosrpska opozicija smatra da Crna Gora nije bila ukljuèena ni u kakvu agresiju na Hrvatsku, veæ je, kao jedna od šest republika SFRJ, kod Dubrovnika branila ustavni poredak od hrvatske vlasti koja je imala otvorene separatistièke protivustavne namjere - piše u izvještaju EIU.
Konstatovano je da je odnos Crne Gore i Hrvatske danas na visokom nivou, a da je posebno unaprijeðen nakon što je Crna Gora na referendumu o državno-pravnom statusu, održanom 21. maja 2006. godine, ostvarila samostalnost. To su, kako se istièe, nedavno potvrdili i najviši zvaniènici - Ðukanoviæ i (sada veæ bivši) premijer Sanader.
Osim štete koju je JNA poèinila na dubrovaèkom aerodromu, zbog èega je sa hrvatske strane predloženo da im se ustupi dio akcija crnogorskih kompanija, posebno je važno i pitanje broda "Jadran", koji je danas u vlasništvu Vojske Crne Gore. Sanader je u Podgorici nedavno kazao da je sa Ðukanoviæem pokrenuo i to pitanje, ali, kao i u sluèaju aerodroma, nije bilo konkretnog epiloga. Inaèe, prvobitne procjene hrvatske strane o ukupnoj šteti od napada JNA na Dubrovnik kreæu se i do deset miliona eura. Brod "Jadran" je, kako se moglo èuti proteklih godina, takoðe bio dio ratnog plijena iz 1991. godine.
