Potpredsjednik PzP-a Branko Raduloviæ kazao je da se na ovom primjeru može vidjeti da se sudbinski važan državni projekat - èlanstvo u EU - opet dovodi u pitanje zarad neèijih privatnih interesa.
- Imajuæi u vidu šta se dešavalo u posljednjih 20 godina, kako je došlo do sloma pravne države i kakvo smo iskustvo imali sa of-šor projektom, ne izgleda da bi omoguæavanje otvaranja poslova sa kockom doprinijelo jaèanju ekonomije i nastavku puta ka EU - ocijenio je Raduloviæ za "Dan".
On je rekao da je Crna Gora od 90-ih prošlog vijeka destinacija za nelegalne poslove i da Vlada nije uspjela da se izbori sa organizovanim kriminalom i korupcijom, pojavama registrovanim i u vrhovima vlasti.
- Sve probleme koje moguæe otvaranje poslova sa kockom donosi veæ imamo u Crnoj Gori, i ovdje ne dolazi ništa manje prljavog novca iz Rusije nego iz SAD ili zemalja EU. Imamo navoda da se legalizuje i prljavi novac sa juga Italije. Ono što je zaista posebno važno jeste to da su ovakve optužbe aktuelne veæ deceniju i više, a vlast DPS-a nije uèinila mnogo da pokaže snagu pravne države. Zato je pitanje vremena kada æe integrativni faktor, EU, koji ima svoja pravila, crnogorsku vlast zbog ovakvog èinjenja pozvati na odgovornost i sankcionisati je. A posljedice æe, naravno, snositi graðani Crne Gore - saopštio je Raduloviæ.
On je naveo da je veæa kontrola finansijskoih tokova jedna od mjera koje su lideri zemalja iz G20 na samitu u Londonu poèetkom godine dogovorili radi efikasnije borbe protiv sve izraženije ekonomske krize.
U julskom tekstu o otvaranju poslova sa kockom u Crnoj Gori, svjetski poznati magazin "Forbs" piše da je Crna Gora globalno poznata turistièka destinacija, ali da je kao zemlja koja je još u fazi tranzicije izložena odreðenim problemima.
U èlanku se citira Sorana Parvulesku, ekspert Kontrol risk grup, ugledne konsultanske firme za procjenu ambijenta za ulaganja.
- Pravosuðe i vladavina prava još nijesu na visokom nivou. To je pomoglo da crnogorsko tržište nekretnina postane magnet za pranje novca. I Stejt department je 2007. godine u izvještaju o Crnoj Gori naveo da policija i tužilaštvo nijesu sasvim opremljeni da se bave istragama o pravom porijeklu novca koji se ulaže u nekretnine. Mnogo novca koji je opran kroz nekretnine u Crnoj Gori stiže iz Rusije, od njenih državljana i kompanija - izjavila je Parvulesku za "Forbs".
Prvi dolazak investitora iz Rusije koji hoæe da otvaraju poslove sa kockom bilježi ugledna Korston grupa, koja sada veæ sprema ambijent za pokretanje posla, piše "Forbs".

Branko Raduloviæ ne iskljuèuje da i unutar EU postoje krugovi koji žele da Crna Gora bude zemlja koja toleriše sumnjiva ulaganja i prisustvo nekih ljudi iz kriminalnog miljea.
- Ipak, nadam se da æe principijelan stav odnijeti prevagu i da æe EU zaista biti pravi pokretaè reformi u Crnoj Gori. Naravno, do kraja godine na èelu EU neæe biti ljudi koji su sada. Mijenja se sastav Evropske komisije, a neæe više biti ni visokog predstavnika Havijera Solane. Nadam se da njegov nasljednik neæe "soliti" stanje u Crnoj Gori na naèin na koji je to radio ovaj nekadašnji španski socijalista - upozorio je Raduloviæ.
