Your nation depends on your religion. Being Greek is a cultural identity not a religious one period. Cultural identity is the "feeling of" identity of a group or culture, or of an individual as far as he or she is influenced by her belonging to a group or culture. Culture and religion are two different things.

If I was a Greek when it comes to religion I would be better served if I remained quiet. Fact of the matter is that Christianity is not a Greek thing. It didn't originate in Greece. So being proud of it; is stupid. O, we adopted this religion from the middle east so we're proud and we're better. What a stupid argument. The Turks can claim the same. They adopted a religion from the middle east too. There is no difference between you adopting Christianity and them adopting Islam. What exactly makes you better? You and the Turks are exactly the same when it comes to religion. Adopted a foreign religion, from the middle east, and made it a state official religion. What's there to be so proud off. What's the difference between you and the people of Eritrea. Just like you some of them adopted a foreign religion from the middle east, Judaism. So stupid arguing about who has a better religion. But on the other hand; at least we find out who the religious freaks and numbnuts are in this forum.
P.S Monster I don't need your confirmation about how tall the males in my family are. You being a Greek is not a seal of approval you know. The meter is a seal of approval, since it is a measuring device.

No ,we didn't invent it...but we introduced it to the world...that by writing the first bible in a language people understood.... so when it comes to reading about Christianity you will also see ample use of the word Greek. In fact it was the Greeks who also wrote the old testament in a tamed version so the people would accept it... Look it up....
Aside from that...I am tired of everyone bickering like old ladies..lets make peace... and find some subjects we can all enjoy, if thats possible,.

How does that differentiate you from the Turks. They had a great part in spreading Islam out of the middle East too. The whole argument of my religion is better than yours is a stupid argument. Simply because neither Christianity nor Islam are religions that are original to the Balkans. In both cases some dude from the middle east was able to make his message be heard in the balkans. What's the difference.

that's funny i do not recall any greek disciples, but you'll soon claim them as well huh?
greeks didn't introduce sh1t! greek happened to be the linguistic and literary denominator at the time, greeks didn't spread sh1t but homosexuality.

What's the difference. i think it is pointless fighting over religion period, religions are different pathway which lead to the same end destination, my beef is when people associate religion with cultures and start adopting foreign cultures and customs solely because religion came from that part of the world, you can be a muslim without subjecting your wife to sub human treatment and you can be a greek priest without being a sodomite, i'm just saying here
