" I'm pretty sure this is a Wiki reference, but is this correct? Not correct, preshevars have strong geg dialect. The only tosk you can hear outside Albania is Prespa region, Manastir region, and Struga. That's as far tosk dialect streches. And of course arbreshe of Italy and Greece.

Presheva speaks a very strong Ghegh dialect because only this last decade they has had the possibility to have schools , medias and minority rights in Albanian language .
