if you didn't come here....well, lets try it out and see how it goes. Dracula, I think Bonny is fun. His views are maybe little too extreme and too proromanian, yet he is fun and he throws a different light on a subject. Plus I think its a positive thing to hear an oppinion of a foreigner, even if we dont agree with it. But thats just my oppinion, of course.

bonnie's been around, and he's been very annoying at times, you're just not used to it.
click on your name, and click on modify, scroll down a little and you should see the option to modify your screen name or something along those lines.

Rhezus, if you have time, look at this theory, it says that the Bulgars were actually Thracians . Does it make sense to you or it is rubbish: www.ziezi.net/trakite.html

He starts very well, but at the same time he has a tendency to mix up things. Thracian lang. wasn't sklavonic from the start! Anyway, good that he makes a confesion, giving the comparison with the horse.. It's a well known fact our origin is predominantly Thracian, The problem is for some to accept the fact and forget all other "steppe" theories. Remember, the imprecation/malediction is going on - untill the day we stop calling ourselves others than Thracians!

Canaris:
You couldn't help it..?! Greeks used to call all who didn't speak malaka lang. "barbarian" - they could not understand what the others were saying... ;D Thracian learned speaking some malakas - and that's one example they were better than greeks.
Expatriot:
Still we know enough about them.. Our two subregions still have their original names - Moesia (north of Haemus mts) and Thracia (south of Haemus mts). So why not, one day we'll put back our original name.

Hey all, when you say thracians you should mention the most representative branch of them: Dacians, when you say about Dacians you have to say about Romans, when you spoke about them you should spoke about the result of them: Romanians (the most advanced nation resulted). You are all, relatives with Romanians.

Now what Canaris... I'm telling you the truth! It was the Greek who could not speak the lang of Traus ppl. We were not barabarians, just because you could not understand what others were talking, right?! We had a very ancient culture and multy-god religion (which you copyied). We were here long before you came and build polices on the peninsula. And sometimes you called us Boreans too. You did not know much about Traus ppl, right..

Both! I have some friends living around the areas of Propontis/Marmara. It's very beautiful. Buy a land, I'll come to visit you there. I know that many archaeological sites in Marmara Region are related to the Thracians, but I do not follow the news related to the Thracians. However, I could tell you that they are known as "Traklar" in Turkey, and the history of "Traklar" are briefly covered in public schools if I am not mistaken. If I come across some fresh news, I would post it here to let you know. As for the Troy issue, I must tell you that this region is one excellent place to live a life in nature whilst being so close to modernity (Canakkale and Istanbul). I am looking for some land mass there, some land which has some nice scenery of the Aegean Sea. Nevertheless, I will surely let you know when I buy some.
