No once can be 100% anything.
Everyone knows they are not. Greeks are a mix of different city-states whose ethnicity is just as diverse as Turks. The Likians, Lydians, Trojans, etc.
The subject of nationalism is a 20th century thing. Before this century, there was no one classifying themselves according to ethnicity.
And speaking of purity, the only people that might be 100% pure would be eskimos.

According to a famous ex-member who used to enlighten us on many aspects regarding different Turkish empires, ethnicities and horse riding, Eskimos were indisputably Turks. So you might have a point here.
