Because if Djukanovic didn't give 1 concession to the Brdjani the constitution would of gone to a referendum <-- Djuknaovic wasn't sure it would pass.
And anyways long before Djukanovic decided to make the concession Vujanovic was talking of having the language Montenegrin Serbian.
SPC not being put into the constitution has nothing to do with the Brdjani. Djukanovic is an atheist as are most DPS members. Half the Serb politicians opposed it. It was something that had accross the spectrum support. But before you gloat the Brdjani didn't propose anything about the CPC knowing it would have had even less support then the SPC.
Lol. Yet nothing exists to prove your claim, but yey what I stated is perfectly logical.
And if they mixed with Serbs it wouldn't mean they are 90% Croat as you claimed.
Lol. Not this ridicoulous claim again, it's been refuted so many times theirs no point in repeating why this claim is retarded.

His meaning of serb was different than yours or mine, it was a synonym for an orthodox christian, ethnically he saw himself as Montenegrin, this is supported by countless evidence. Omg!!! Its like I am listening to a fyromian-Bulgarian arguing . I guess now Serbia has its own fyrom-Montenegro. I doubt Serb meant anything than ethnic Serbs before, now or any other time.

Why 'will'? Novi has already done this by adding Sofia, Ploviv and Varna as serbian cities. Btw, Pyrro, why do you continue to use 'we'? You are not Serb. You can't even speak the language on a kafana level. So what Serb are you?

You may hope to 'nauciti bolje' after your trip, no one is bothering you to 'ucis bolje' at the moment if you want to.
You are not a fast learner, Pyrro, are you?

^ i seriously don't want to waste time, when you read the DE ADMINISTRANDO IMPERIO then get back to me.
For some reason when l read your link Ruse, it reminded me of Hugo Grothe who said that Bulgarian inroads into unconquered Slav territories "were undoubtedly raids carried out by marauders, which could hardly left any ethnic traces on these territories."

Almost nothing. One country on the Balkans, another one with about 60-70% of the population, minorities in the neighbouring countries...yeah, Novi, even Maori have left bigger traces here than Bulgars.
