The East Mediterraneans are white(often sun-tanned), European and indigenous in the area, they didn't came from Northern-Africa. Most of Mediterrraneans from Northern-Africa and Middle East are dark-skinned and non-European. The Near East is between two worlds, the Arab and the European.

In the video Toskali provided, I see mostly Mediterranean and Alpines(with exception of two Germans), the guy which talks in the end of movie is intermediate of those two types. Also stronger sharper facial features and wider head indicates that they might be of Atlanto-Mediterranean type, rather then the East Mediterranean, or perhaps they might blended with some CM type

Last pictures show mostly people of Hellenic racial origin, Atlanto-Mediterraneans/Aegeans/south Pontids. There are some such people in north Epiros/south Albania.
